Good beds, air conditioning and shower.

Clarity on how to pick up and drop off the key. I knew the restaurant across the street was the same company, so I had no problem, not sure if other guests would know to go there.

Perfect location. It was very clean throughout and very safe as the entrance door was only opened with a key.

There was a dripping of water onto the canopy by my door each night. Owner said it was from the humidity, but it was a lot and constant overnight. They didn’t seem to want to fix it.

The view of the room was beautiful, however that was all the beauty we got and nothing more during our stay.

When we arrived to the property, we had originally booked Amina properties but the owner requested that we move to his property across the street, Dali. He claimed the view from the Dali rooms was spectacular (which it was) from the oceanfront room and the reason was because there were more guests in the property across the street and Amina was only booked by us. We agreed and walked across the street. The rooms were completely outdated and not as modern as Amina’s rooms (from the pictures online as we actually never saw the rooms in person). The property we stayed at was not up to our expectations nor what we had originally paid for. There was a cockroach deterrent on the desk of the room and the towels in the bathroom had a foul smell. The drain was removed from the sink and placed on the soap holder. The sheets had a brown stain on them. The other room had twin sheets on a queen bed. Needless to say, we were not impressed at all as the rooms at Amina that we had originally booked seemed brand new compared to the ones we were switched to.

Very upmarket penthouse room with a restricted view of the harbour area. Very close to the promenade, restaurants, shopping...We parked beside the harbour promenade, about 4.00 p.m. indeed there were spaces in front of the apartment too. This was September, so high season might be more tricky. But basically you just have to accept its an old town centre not designed for cars.

It all went well, from check in to departure.

The breakfast was very good with a good choice, you could have any coffee you liked. It was great having a bar and restaurant opposite which belonged to the apartments, the staff were very pleasant. The manager Mr. Khalifa was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, being in the centre of the town. Free Wi and great AC quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Breakfast was great! The room was very cosy, bathroom facilities were great! The air conditioning was also great! The beds were very comfortable and so was the desk chair where I wrote all my postcards! The outdoor seating area was also really cool and spacious! The location of the property was great as well, very close to restaurants and shops as well as the taxi area! Only a couple minutes walk from a church which was amazing, nice walk along the water and then the opposite way a nice walk down into the main square of Zakynthos which was also really great!

The room was a little bit small but wasn’t an issue, definitely manageable! The fridge also didn’t keep anything cool!

There was a change to my room but I was moved to a neighbouring hotel. Good room. Clean. Perfect for what I needed.

I have nothing negative to say.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet AC, good breakfast across the street with a small area for toddlers.

Location is great, closed to the waterfront. Room is spacious with lovely balcony. Breakfast is wonderful.

Wish there was shower curtain for the shower. No private parking. Street parking could be hard to find. Streets are very busy during evening and night time.

Liked the apartment, the location and very friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly especially the reception lady, the room very clean and spacious , excellent WiFi , excellent location right in the middle of old town , good breakfast, and they offer excellent tours of the island. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation- I’ll definitely return

Nothing everything was excellent

So new, clean and modern. Not at all what you usually get in Greece! Great location, great wifi and a really nice large shower. Loved the breakfast too. Staff were lovely. 100% would stay again.

I know it's not only this hotel but all Zante, however salty water is not what you would like to wash yourself in.

Perfect location for a red eye flight. Easy and quick check-in.

I couldn't get any hot water in the shower (yes boiler was on for some time) and the curtain is poorly fixed.

Very good location, delicious breakfast and a very nice owner who is easy to get along with. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. I recommend.
