The location, and value for money. The rooms were also nice.

Rooms looked a bit out of date, wasn’t a lot of options on the TV could use maybe like a YouTube or Netflix or something if your taking a siesta or before bed. Majority of staff were very nice. One was a bit stand-off ish like rushing to finish a conversation. But regardless service was great and would definitely give it a second chance.

Hotel Location is very convenient, walking distance to busy street and many restaurants, Breakfast served was fresh and had good variety. Room was clean and cosy. Its a family run place and all the hosts were very kind and helpful

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, big thanks to Yiannis and Maria for upgrading my room to a suite free of charge! They also allowed me to check out later free of charge. This hotel experience has seriously been one of the best yet and it is very close to the main square of the city but also has a sea view.

Noisy hotel, the door didn’t close, unconfortable bed, drainage issue in the shower

The room we have booked was huge. It had terraces from both sides and the room itself was amazing. It had all of the facilities you need during your stay. Extra point for the tiny fridge in the room, where we could store some drinks and fruits.

There was nothing we did not like about this accommodation.

Hotel is very nice and in city centre. Rooms were clean and staff were very sweet.

The location, since it is in heart of city, is a nightmare to find parking spots. Very narrow streets. If you are reaching late at night, people park in every corner making it difficult to even make turns.

Great location near port and main square. Very friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and good air-conditioning.

No wardrobe, no safe small cramped bathroom and balcony. Average breakfast and items not always topped up when running low.

The comforter is only a bed sheet. Tap water is salty.

Hotel is located in a few minutes from the beach and a few minutes from city centre. Rooms are comfortable except shower.Management of the hotel is a main value of the hotel, friendly, helpful and kind!!

Water , when showering it feels like you are in the beach because it was salty but maybe the island problem , also they didnt have wardrobe and was a little bit overpriced for the facilities

- The rooms do not look like the ones in the pictures. Small, and really old rooms, not to mention the bathroom. It could not be more far apart.. our room booking should have included the bathtub too, they told us, there is only 2-3 rooms with that, and they’re not available. We moved rooms twice, once at arrival, then after 2 days, so we saw 3 rooms, and all of them were small and bad. I’m 175 and 78 kg and could barely fit into the shower, which did not seem clean either. - Salt water from the tap… it’s only a thing if you can’t drink it. But showering in salt water after spending your day on the beach is disgusting. Staff did not care about the fact that the room is completely different to the one advertised.

It was a great location for shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet. Couldn't move in it.

The bathroom was so old, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and the water was really bad. The taste of the water was awful, I couldn’t brush my teeth. I think the pumps should be renovated. Also curtain of the shower was old and its color turned yellow. I didn’t feel comfortable.

This hotel is in the city centre. It was next to everything and had a partial sea-view room.

Everything was beautiful except the bathroom fixtures, which were covered in kalk mold

Kindness of staff and great location

I did not like that Booking brought my money anyway even if the child could not come with us last minute, because he was hurt and the staff told me to asked Booking and that they did not gave me my money back. For the rest the staff was very kind and helpul if you ask for facilities.Room very little, too much for 3 people anyway
