Sunrise Zante - Adults Only Hotel

The hotel is a short walk to the busy area of Tsivili and quiet because it’s not right in the middle of the chaos. The staff is amazing!! They contacted taxis for us anytime we needed one, booked a private boat tour for us with an excellent guide & was available for any question or request we had. The hotel manager even provided a ride when the taxi that arrived was too small for all of us! The breakfast is nice varied. We were on the island for a wedding and highly recommend it.

The hotel is slightly older, so has some wear and tear that’s expected in an older property.

Beautiful property with restaurant and bar. Room size was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Would have liked more English speaking options on Tv. Having to sign back into the wifi so often

I liked the personnel, they were friendly.I liked the breakfast, I liked the private pool for the apartment I had.I liked that the property is in a quiet location.I liked that the room had a small coffee machine.

I didn't like that the room I had had small stains on the walls and curtain, the paint on the ceiling was peeling off.I didn't like that the drain in the shower is not adequate and the water gets out of the shower.

Breakfast was included, and I have to say it was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options for everyone. The lady in charge of breakfast was absolutely wonderful – kind, sociable, and very attentive, she really made mornings feel special. The lady at the bar was just as friendly and cheerful, which created a warm and welcoming vibe.Overall, the entire staff deserves the highest praise – always smiling, helpful, and communicative, they truly make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing during your vacation. For the staff, I’d give 5 stars without hesitation.

The rooms are decent overall, but the beds are definitely a downside – they’re not single beds, they squeak, and move around way too much, which can get annoying when you’re trying to rest. Other than that, the room is fine, nothing out of the ordinary.Another drawback is the Wi-Fi connection: it’s quite weak and only really works properly near the pool or the restaurant. In the rooms, the signal is very poor, almost unusable, which makes it impossible to work or do anything that requires stable internet. It would really help if coverage was improved across the entire hotel area.

Great vibe, popular with no children was such a pleasure. Facilities were great and so was the room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. No matter what we asked for they were only too pleased to assist. Nice parking

Nice room with small pool in front. We had early check in. Nice staff. Good breakfast, but not tasty coffee and juice.

A lot of water leaking from the shower

First of all the breakfast was really good staff was very friendly, we love our room it was spacious for three people. The room was clean, bed very comfortable.

Hotel was clean, the swimming pool had a very chilled vibe all day. The staff were very nice and helpful ? Hotel was quiet at night time.

The aircon was too loud couldn’t sleep with it on, the cleaners turn up too early in the morning would be better if they started at 10am

Well run hotel staff very helpful and polite and cleaning was excellent.

What a fabulous hotel & staff, they made us feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. We’ve just got back from a fantastic two weeks holiday, would definitely book here again & recommend to family & friends.We used their taxi service & had the manager pick us up & return us to airport at a very competitive price.Before going on holiday here I messaged the hotel to ask if they could put us in rooms next to each as we went as a family & they did manage to do this. Rooms are very clean as is the hotel with housekeeper in every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food. I would definitely recommend if you have any problems while staying here with anything go to reception as the manager & staff will resolve it to the best of their ability with no fuss. We also had very good recommendations for restaurants from the manager who was always about the hotel to deal with things.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Started the holiday with a lovely welcome from the team at reception and was shown to my room for the week. The room was great, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, great shower facilities and a lovely balcony to relax on in the evenings. The pool area is so well maintained with plenty of sun beds available and the pool bar has a fab selection of drinks and lunch items.Shoutout to all the amazing staff at Sunrise you are all so helpful and welcoming. The hotel is slightly outside the main hub of restaurants but I personally think it was perfect and enjoyed the short walk to the centre. Thank you for a brilliant, relaxing week.

Only a small point would be to have a full length mirror in rooms. Maybe improve the furniture in the reception area to give another area for guests to relax if needed and to give a wow first impression. These are only small points and do not take away from how lovely the hotel is.

Staff was nice to us, and that would be all nice since its a 4 star hotel.My rating would have been different if it was in the category of 3 star hotels.

I had the breakfast included, they forced me to throw away my diet coke and drink their soda.Not allowed to swim in the pool after 19:00.Some of my friends complained about internet being very weak and couldn't comunicate with them via mobile. Also their rooms were not very clean.Air conditioner cold be used on only one speed, remote control was working only to turn on/turn off.I choose adults only to avoid little kids, but next time i will reconsider since it was populated in majority with seniors.

The only thing which i liked was the guy from Vietnam. He was smiling and say hello all the time.

The “4 stars” hotel its a joke, this is at best 2 stars. The rooms was full of dust and the furniture was damaged. The quality of sanitary items was poor, the glue of everything was poor as well.The other guys which are working there looked like they was beloging to a “sect”, they dont smile and just acting so wierd, the atmosphere was so wierd and cringe on the breakfast. I remember one time the pick up tool of the food was not on the “right plate” and the guy who works there just slammed the object nervous on the table, randomnly. Asked the girl from reception if I can do a 30 min late check out and she denied for the reason that is booked and she doesnt even checked, the response was instanly like in 1 sec, from the other guys from the group she was checking and allowed, I dont know why but I was not upset because of that, only because of her atitude, was so cold.The wifi its a joke, this is never working, useless.Share some photos with the “quality”

Nice pool, nice breakfast, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms.

Private pool was nice to dip in late at night.Staff were excellent and very helpful with any problems. Shuttle to beach and back at set times were useful.Outside area by main pool was relaxing and well maintained (adults only is a plus for peace)Room fairly comfortable and bigcooked to order eggs and omelette were great during breakfast

Bit of bad luck as our air-con was leaking for a long while and told it was cause we had it set too low (but this is a first for any air con I've used and still leaked even when set higher), almost slipped on floor when the leak over soaked towel provided to catch the leak. Staff did fix it eventually and was fine rest of the stay.No wardrobe in the room just about 6 or so hangars that were locked into pole so could not adjust or take off, so had to put suitcases around with majority of clothes still in. No place to hang towel in shower except one tiny sticker hangar were towel wouldn't really stay on, so we just place outside on chair or on toilet seat.Wifi hit and miss quite a few times or not connect at all

Lovely spacious modern room, great balcony views , lovely helpful staff, location was ok-10mins walk to town and 25mins walk to beach.

Disappointed with maid service, cleaning was only satisfactory. Pool wasn’t cleaned regularly either, a lot of dirt and debris in it. The restaurant/bar stopped serving any food at 5pm and was quite expensive.

The swimming pool is nice and the pool bar personal Seghei and Cristina were very nice and friendly!

AVOID THIS hotel!!First of all, it's not just for adults! There are kids around here screaming in the pool! We were given 2 rooms, 301 and 303 which do not look like the pictures they posted. They took professional pictures but the reality is totally different, absolutely everything is outdated and broken! When I entered the room, the air conditioner was not working, a mechanic had to come to fix it. I found hair in the bed and in the bathroom. In both rooms, the bathroom doors do not close. In room 301, there is no shower gel in the bathroom and the toilet paper is of the worst quality. The refrigerator in room 301 does not cool at all! The breakfast is very poor, with the cheapest products and leaves a lot to be desired! The employees don't speak english except Serghei and Cristina who are very kind, the rest of them are inexperienced.The smoke from the grill reaches everywhere in the hotel, at the pool and even in the rooms! The experience is one of the worst for the price paid!

Linen towel policy stated would changed every 2 days, they were not 4. For a hotel in zakynthos ( Greek island ) served only hot coffee at breakfast, machine coffee to be exact Knowing your in a Greek island / hotel and not to serve a cold coffee ( Freddo/frappe) is disappointing, feels like your in another country - anything but Greek/greece - coming from a Greek of course, we love our freddo espressos/frappes
