    Pros +

    • Staff here go above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The balcony views across Argassi and the open sea are stunning. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The pool was well maintained and a perfect spot to unwind after exploring.
    • Hygiene and comfort were definitely strong points. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, common areas well kept. The linens smelled fresh. Bed was comfortable, pillows adequate. Even small details – soap, good enough toiletries, extra blankets when requested — all added to feeling taken care of. Also appreciated that bugs were minimal, windows well screened.
    • We chose Nefeli for a romantic break and it delivered in spades. The calm sound of the sea at night, softly lit pool, and balcony dinners watching stars were unforgettable. The rooms aren’t luxury, but everything felt authentic and comfortable. The décor is simple but charming, with touches of blue and white, Mediterranean vibe. No loud music, no crowds, just peaceful evenings. Also the breakfast together with sea view made it feel more romantic.

    Cons -

    • Location was on the outskirts of resort along at parts a difficult road. However bus stop to zakynthos 10 minutes from hotel. Good reteraunts 20 minutes walk
    • All the steps up and down to room and outdated fridge and air con
    • The bathroom was little, and I didn’t like the bathtub. I prefer the bathroom in such warm country without bathtub.

This hotel works really well for families. The pool is nice and safe for children, there are triple rooms if needed. The location is good — restaurants & beach are close, so you’re not driving all the time. Staff are patient with children. The atmosphere is relaxed; not super noisy, so kids can sleep well. Also appreciated small touches like mini-fridge in room so you can store snacks.

One of my favorite memories is sitting on the balcony at sunset, watching orange and pink lights dance on the water. The view from both the terrace and many of the rooms is simply breathtaking. Also enjoyed evening drinks by the pool bar, the lighting there gives a lovely ambiance. The garden & greenery around give a nice contrast – not just concrete, but some trees and flowers, which make the place livelier.

Everything was very clean — bathroom, linens, public areas. The daily cleaning service was thorough. The bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Small things like extra towels were no problem.

The pool is gorgeous with sea views, perfect for a refreshing dip. Access to the sea is excellent — even if sandy entry is mixed with a few steps, the clarity and colour of the water more than made up for it.

Stunning sea views, cozy atmosphere, and those quiet moments by the water or pool made this place perfect for a couple’s retreat. Dinner on the terrace felt romantic, especially with the sunset glow. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful break.

Easy walk to Argassi’s shops and restaurants, yet peaceful enough to rest well. The proximity to the beach is fab — just steps away. Loved that I could explore the island easily from here without staying in the middle of tourist crowds.

If there’s one thing that stood out, it was the staff. They were warm, always smiling, and ready to help with even small things — a ferry timetable, where to get groceries, suggestions for beaches off the beaten track. Once I asked for extra pillows and they brought them immediately. Once I had a problem with a showerhead, and by the afternoon someone came to fix it. Such attention-to-detail made the stay feel very personal.

Every request was met with kindness. From recommendations on boat tours to local tavernas, the people working here showed genuine care. They made the stay feel personal, not just “another hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had discovered something special. The sea view room was just gorgeous — wide balcony, comfortable chairs, and every evening I’d sit out watching the sky change colors over the water. Staff were always cheerful, super helpful with directions and local tips. The pool was very clean, and the design of the hotel gives a sense of calm — natural tones, Mediterranean touches. Breakfast was varied, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, local breads and pastries. I would come back just for the view and the feeling of being gently pampered.

Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK. One of the worst experiences I had. There’s no way this is a 3-star hotel. From where to begin:- Small and inconvenient bathroom, it smelled very bad and we had to keep the door closed.- The shower water is salty! I don’t know if other hotels are like this, but it felt like the water is straight from the sea. I had to ask for shower gel twice. They were also very basic, the cheapest you can find.- They don’t change the towels daily - even if you want to. It’s something they don’t write anywhere in the description. - One of the towels was brand new, never washed. We realized it because my partner is allergic to the white particles the tower was leaving. And it was too late…- The breakfast is ridiculously basic, the ingredients are not fresh.- There are beehives outside the rooms and you have to chase 4-5 of them every time you have breakfast. Last day they put spiral-shaped coils on top of the tables (!) to repel the bees. This is not a bee repellent and also it’s toxic, especially when you eat and especially when you are eating. - WiFi never had signal in the room, I didn’t dare to ask.- The air conditioner is firing directly to the bed, we were suffering from neck pain both of us. - The bed was also terrible, with 2 mattresses instead of a double one, and the sheets are going off making you sleeping directly on the mattress which is disgusting. - I haven’t tried the pool, but I didn’t see anyone cleaning it all the 8 days I stayed. Also, the pool bar is not operating. Do you want more? I have but I’m too tired of typing.

the sea view and the house keeping also you only get new towels every 2 days "which is very weird for a beach hotel"

Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The property is in such poor condition that one of our family members was electrocuted in the bathroom due to an exposed wire near the mirror. In one of the three rooms we booked, the headboard completely fell off, with nails dangerously protruding from the back. To make matters worse, the shower curtain rod collapsed on my kid "photos attached".We immediately reported these serious safety hazards to the staff, but no meaningful action was taken. For an entire week, the exposed wire remained uncovered, and no one was sent to fix the headboard. When I requested an early checkout and a refund for the remaining days only "as we booked 7 days", it was flatly refused. This hotel is not safe for anyone, especially families. It is in desperate need of major repairs before it can be considered suitable for guests.

Great sea view from bedroom. Decent size, comfortable bed.Bed linen and towels regularly changed. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The property is very nice, right by the sea. The area is generally quiet, but still walkable distance to many restaurants, markets, souvenir shops and other attractions. We got the sea view room and it was amazing. The furniture a bit old, but served its purpose. Beds were moderately comfortable, the AC worked well and there’s a mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaned and arranged daily. The breakfast terrace has superb views, such a positive place to start your day, and also to end it, since it’s one of the best places nearby to see the sunset. The breakfast itself is good, they even tried a few variations from one day to another.

The running water is quite salty, parking lots are limited, but there are options to park pretty safely on the street.

The view, comfortable bed, good location, perfect swimming pool with blue light on night

The first thing on arrival at the reception they ask for the environmental tax that i already paid on booking and this scam seems to be a common practice. You have to park on a busy narrow street behind the hotel. The same food was served everydayThere is a bar next to the pool, but never openThe restaurant is only open for breakfast, lunch and dinner not availableWater from the tap and shower is salty because it's literally sea waterThe sheets and towels were not changed dailyThe room smells like gasoline because of paper wall
