Vanessa Hotel

Very spacious rooms! Super clean in rooms and pool area the family who run it and all its staff are fantastic! The location was perfect right in the middle of the main road so access to everything but not noisy at all!

Nothing it was perfect

Was a late booking due to travel disruption but we were made very welcome and given complimentary drinks whilst our rooms were prepared which was a nice touch.

The staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and in a good location in the centre of the strip . Clean towels and bedding very 2nd day.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Angela. The restaurant serves a good variety of food and drinks, including Caipirinha. The room was huge and very clean.

great little hotel ,I would say it's not dated but are huge and clean . the staff are brill,and hotel is a real good price and central to the main strip ,very nice atmosphere and nice food and drinks we have already booked for next year

The staff are amazing people, couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.Special mention to Kayleigh, Gina, Dmitri & Friday, these guys make the Vanessa a pleasure to Vicki visit. Already looking to book up next year.

Nothing, couldn’t fault it.

The location is superb, central on the main strip of Kalamaki. The pool bar provides excellent food and snacks throughout the day. Staff both in hotel and pool bar very helpful and friendly. Not the first time I have stayed here and would stay here again and there are many other returning guests, which to me says an awful lot.

Sunbeds are looking tired and maybe could do with a face-lift, but then lying outside in the Greek sun all day every day would do the same to anything.

I stayed at Vanessa Hotel for one night and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

While the room itself was acceptable, the bathroom was in poor condition. There was heavy limestone buildup on the sink tap, rust on the shower fixtures, and more limestone inside the toilet pan, which made the overall experience quite unpleasant. Additionally, the taxi fare to the airport was incredibly overpriced at €17 for a 3.7 km trip. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Location is brilliant and staff are friendly. The bar attached to the hotel is lovely and chilled

the facility was clean. the bar/restaurant staff were amazing and basically the best part of the hotel. they hava amazing drinks and food for a fraction of the price in all the other venues near by.15 min walk to the beach. Short walk to anything else. Delicious food at an amazing price. What else could you want.

The shower lacked pressure and tasted salty.

Staff at hotel excellent Angela provided us with another apartment to get pool view as requested, room size excellent bathrooms basic but clean would definately stay here again

Lack of cleanlinessDirty dishes and cutlery, no room facilities-no dishwashing implements eg sponges, no scourers, no dishwashing liquid, no t -towel to dry dishes.In particular we were told it had 2 bedrooms where as there was only 1 bedroom.

The room was excellent, pool view and spacious including safe, air con and taxes, great balcony and large shower. Location was great in the centre of the strip near to everything. Also fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and 2 ring hob.

Bed although comfortable enough was a little firm.

The location of the Vanessa hotel was spot on, right in the middle of the strip in Kalamaki. Load of Restaurants and bars within a short walk. Rooms were very spacious with everything we needed. Cleaners in every day , clean towels every other day, and fresh bedding every third day. The pool was a lovely walk in pool with plenty of sun loungers at hand to relax and soak up the sun. The Vanessa also had a great pool bar with a great range of drinks and food , it was also open until the early hours so if you fancied a night cap they would be happy to serve you. All the staff appeared to be very happy and friendly and would help you if asked nothing to much trouble. Overall a fab base to explore Kalamaki.

Great location and free air conditioning was a bonus. Great food, drinks and service at the pool bar.
