Zante Palace

Very clean and spacious hotel with top facilities. The staff were unbelievable especially the pool bar/restaurant girls. Always smiling and friendly and making you feel welcomed

Not 1 thing wrong at all

The location is very good, you can walk a few minutes and eat in good restaurants and the mini market is algo very close. They have free parking and the room has enough space.

The shower box is very small, almost impossible to take a relaxing shower. We had several WiFi issues, their main network wasn’t working in our room, the reception guy from the morning didn’t even helped us to solve the issue, later they provided an exclusive WiFi for our room which just worked for 1 night, the following morning it wasn’t working. They don’t provide free towels for the pool or for the beach, but they charge you 2 EUR per day if you want the towel only for the pool.

Good, rooms are clean but they dont change bath towels everyday, day yes then the other day no. It is in their policy and it is creepy for tourists coming to shower everyday in an island. The pool is okey and the breakfast buffet is decent and good. The stuff is nice and helpful. The view is amazing from the pool

The pool was small but nice and cosy with a good view Our appartement was very good, good beds, a lot of space and big enough bathroom. 2 beds normal for our children1 big king-size bed for us.Very clean. The cleaning staff super friendly and profi they get a 5*

Old furniture you could not open the doors Breakfast every day the same and the staff looked like policeman if we take something to go. We only wanted to take 4 minicroissants (really mini) for the kids to go

Fantastic view over Zante town and the sea. Roomsand hotel were immaculately clean, lovely pool area. Breakfast buffet was good. Close enough to walk to the town in 10 minutes and the beach in 5 minutes.

We were happy with everything. However, as others say, the hotel is on a hill and the two access slopes to walk up from the road to the hotel reception are very steep. We were OK with this, but some may struggle.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. the rooms were clean and the towels and beds changed every other day. breakfast was passable

the hill is a challenge, definitely not for elderly or infirm. I got to the stage I was counting how many more times I needed to climb it. it's the only thing that would stop me going back

The view Is Amazing and overall the service.Located 10mins from the main strip so walkable distance.

Breakfast is not good for vegans or vegetarians as they don't have too many options and also on Sunday they didn't have oat milk, only normal one, I have intolerances so I cant have the normal one, so I couldn't even have my coffee or my milk with cereals

Bar closed too early! Taking to someother guests who said the same.Could have done with a better shower at pool side.

Great value accommodation with superb views over the town, had a lovely lunch at the hotel’s snack bar, the hotel met all criteria and would recommend.

Kenna MacRae - I arrived at my room and instantly felt safe and comfortable. The room smelt lovely, fresh and clean with great air con. Cleaners were ways on the go cleaning and keeping the place neat and tidy. The pool area very well kept with plenty of sun loungers. If you are an animal lover you will love this hotel. Nothing nicer than being greeted by 2 happy dogs - staff and NIck the Owner were incredible. Thanks so much for everything. Shall definitely return.

Not the Hotel's fault but it is up a very steep hill. Wi-fi did not reach rooms. Breakfast was basic - nice fresh fruit may be an idea?

The view from the hotel and our balcony was lovely. Traditional décor throughout with plants, trees and bougainvillea. Nice pool with good pool bar serving food with a great view and lovely breakfast restaurant. Close to beach with beach bars and only a 10 minute walk to the central restaurants.

The restaurant wasn't open at night, it would have been nice to dine up there. Obviously a nice view comes with steps and slopes etc up to the hotel, which was fine for us but someone with walking difficulties or older would find it difficult though.

Location was a bit far from main centre and had no lift so had to climb lots of stairs

The breakfast choices weren't what I would expect, no fresh fruit options, lacking good sized pastries etcAlso the hill for walking to beach or resort was quite a challenge in the heat

Amazing view and perfect room

The walk up the hill is not for the weak abs for small people who tan all day and don’t have a single sip of water

The property is a walk into the hustle and bustle and can be tiring coming back up the hill (I knew this before booking), the breakfast time-slot is limited at 8-10am, the quality of the food isn’t great (only had 1 meal and wasn’t tempted by the breakfast), no proper curtains - this was only an issue as we had a path in front of our room balcony

The location of this hotel is superb for me. The views across Tsilivi Bay are fantastic. The pool is lovely with sun beds and a snack bar with lovely attentive staff. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and the sheets changed every second day!

The very steep slopes up to the hotel. This hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties / heart problems. Occasional “ drain “ smells.

Location great except for hill

The breakfast was great and there’s a nice pool and pool bar.

The available parking along the side of the steep driveway was a challenge. The staff explained there was overflow parking on a flat lot around the corner from the hotel but it wasn’t clear how to get there. They should provide more info on parking as part of the booking confirmation.

Incredible views! Pool was nice with communal inflatables. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly. There is a small supermarket outside and it is a short walk to the beach and to amazing restaurants and lovely shops (and very fun crazy golf!)
