Pros +
- Rooms, service, private pool, facilities
- The staff was very nice and accommodating and the location was fine
- Very nice designed and clean room! The food various, fresh and very tasty!!!
Cons -
- The price!Although the food was decent (especially for a hotel), at that price it can get better . Also, instead of a queen bed we had two twin beds put side to side
- The food was mediocre at best (it was basic cafeteria food), they forgot to put towels in our room, and the bathrobes felt like sandpaper. For an all inclusive stay I'd expect more than a five drink menu that's free and the rest you gotta pay for, the only other restaurant and the spa was also not included in the all inclusive package.
- Cleanliness of the room especially bathroom which was smelly as well; way too loud music almost every day until midnight so we couldn't relax at all; receptionists were not nice and helpful; no water was provided in the all inclusive package.

Nice new room staff in dining room very helpful and cleaned up promptly with a smile
Reception staff not helpful charged for local tax when it was paid at time of booking television not working in room told maintenance staff would look at it still didn’t work also asked about mini-bar prices told list on top of fridge or unit I said I couldn’t find it to no response
The room was very comfortable and very clean.
The parking situation wasn't ideal. but this seamed to be the issue in the hole town of agasi. the pool wasn't very clean.
The private pool allowed us to dip in and cool off without the hustle, but it was also not very 'private' in that it's basically next to the kids pool and entrance road. Breakfast buffet was good, lunch was ok, and I would recommend skipping dinner and going out.
I would say overall Diana Palace was average, it was the right quality for the amount we paid. We opted for a room with a private pool, and I think that made the difference from an average to below average. The main resort pool was very cloudy and crowded- people were out reserving chairs by 7am- it just looked so packed and hectic. Not a relaxing vibe. The drinking water in the dining room was consistently contaminated (it was very salty and undrinkable). Power went out one day which also knocked out AC and they did not have a contingency plan for dinner- so that was just cancelled.
Good location, food and pools. The price was reasonable.
The weather was really hot a stronger air conditioning would help a lot.
The jaccuzi (we paid for an upgrade)
We got 2 single beds instead of a double (and we were on our honeymoon). We informed them and they put a small mattress on top but the bed kept splitting and was uncomfortable The shower leaked and the water was salty The bedding smelled weird The all inclusive - we paid a lot for it and cocktails weren't included, only bad pre mixes The food wasn't great and left a lot to be desiredThe beer tasted like it was watered down with salt water with the exception of the bar by the second pool All in all its passable as a vacation spot but not for a honeymoon and definitely don't get the all inclusive, it's a waste. So many nice places around to eat that's more affordable
Modern, spacious room, Clean, hot jakuzzi, and pool,Delicious food and cocktails,Kind staffEverything was perfect, thank you!!☺️

We were there with two children of 7 and 9 years old, the rooms were given to us at a distance, and we paid extra money for a private pool, but there was no access to the private pool in the rooms, and the quality of the food was very low and basic.
Poor
Food not expect something extra , for us was terribele . We have to pay over for everyrhing ! I not recommends for anyone ! Here not choose all inclusive in this price better with only breakfast place ! We already not stay more Than our plane had been !
The shower was the best thing about our stay that was probably due to the fact we were in the newly renovated rooms
Have stayed in proper all inclusive hotels before for the record Where do we begin:1. All inclusive I don’t really think so, offering a really poor selection of drink had to even pay if you wanted a can of mythos + everything in minibar was chargeable at high rates including water. The food was that of a hospital quality served in a large bright sterile dinning room which fortunately for us we did not have to eat at & chose to pay & eat outside. 2. The staff Miserable didn’t appear to want to be there. Was helpful though. 3. Sun beds by the poolsOne of the hotel rules was know one was to use the pool or put towels on sunbeds prior to 9.00amThis was not the case people putting towels on sun beds at 1st light. Hotel staff should be removing & leaving in a pile.Never wrote this many bad things about an hotel before & stay in at least a dozen a year & have been for years booking.com can confirm this. Just feel sorry for those who have saved hard for there holiday to find this.
We checked in Diana Palace around 11 am, we were told to wait until 15:00 to get into our room. Around that time we were back and after some minutes we were told that we had to move to another hotel from the chain for one night becase there were some plumbing issues with the rooms. The day after we came back and our room was ready, we stayed at the new part and the room looked really pretty. We also got a big nice balcony which was a big plus. Staff was always helpful and friendly
On the cons, as soon as we arrived we found 2 tampon wrappers under the bed. The toilet and shower really smelled like sewage, the shower did not drain good and it was flooded a few times. There was no place to hang the towels except for 2 holders inside the shower (?). I would add some drawers or a closet because the space was really limited. Food and drinks are ok. We were never able to get sun beds at the pool because people reserve them even if they are never there.
The manager was very helpful and as we were 2 couples travelling together she upgraded us to premier suites from 1 comfort and a junior suite, which was a lovely surprise. Staff are fantastic and food was wonderful.
The beer was very weak and not very nice. Little or none entertainment in the evening. We had a bath in our room but no way to get shower/bath gel into bath as were fixed to wall
Unfortunately we didn’t get chance to stay here because they moved us out of the area to another hotel because there was something wrong with ten rooms they said but I find it bizarre that they were able to check in other guests that arrived after us but I bet this was because they prioritised them as we were only staying for 2 nights The staff at the sister hotel were lovely and very little noise
We arrived at the property and we got asked to fill forms out etc they did offer us a drink which was nice. However, they then came to us after about 15mins that unfortunately they would have to move us to a different hotel which was a 10 min drive from where we wanted to stay we chose that area because we had friends in the area and wanted to relax and not have to drive anywhere on those two relaxing days we were meant to be having. The moved us to the sister hotel that was not all inclusive but half board we had paid for all inclusive- there was no entertainment and when we finally arrived at the hotel we were really hungry and they said the kitchen was now closed and told us that their chef had gone home but we could eat upstairs in their restaurant but would give us 20% off even though a sign said all guests got 15% off. If we were staying at the hotel we had chosen and paid for we would of been there on time and been able to have had some food or if the hotel had messaged us before hand explaining the disruption we could of gone straight to the sister hotel and checked in their and not waisted time moving from one hotel to another and been able to get some food. We paid for all inclusive for two nights and really only got to use this one day and even that was then limited because the hotel only is used to allowing half board so they were making up what we could and couldn’t have and when. Something that was meant to be a special treat before we meant up with the in laws just became a headache and not what I expected at all
Animator, her program. Everything was okay. Food was tasty, the staff was friendly.
There is small parking place. Also didn't like a noise after 2300 hours. According the rules of hotel after 2300 it must be a rest time, but usually it was a loud noise in hotel area.
Cleanliness of room and in room facilities were fine. Still dont see how people are giving this 10 out of 10 and definitely isnt a four star
Cleanliness of communal areas was poor. Blocked toilets were unclean. Stayed for 3 days and had no water for 2 of them and no electric for 1 of them when travelling with a toddler and pregnant wife leaving us unable to us the toilet, brush teeth, shower etc. Staff were not helpful during this and during our stay they didnt want to help at all
Amazing pool, staff very friendly
I don’t think you should have to pay for the minibar if you are all inclusive
Superior room, delicious meal, swimming pool, staff, everything is on high level. I would come back to this hotel, it is wonderfull
Bad quality wine
