Just the location

Firstly, I did not receive the room I had booked. It's the end of January, with an average external temperature of around 10°C. The room I booked was advertised as having an internal hot tub, but instead I was given a room with an external jacuzzi, which was dirty and unusable due to the cold weather.Additionally, the room was not clean. The shower drain was blocked, and the overall condition of the room was extremely poor.There was a kettle available in the room, but no suitable place to use it. In order to make coffee, I had to plug it into a socket on the opposite wall and hold the kettle in my hands while the water was heating.Overall, the experience was far below expectations and unacceptable for this type of accommodation.This was not a suite experience; it felt more like a hostel with private bathroom.

Beautiful property and fantastic staff! The pool area was extra luxurious with a lot of sun beds and some swinging day beds.

The door frame to my room was broken and the shower hardware was severely corroded which diminished the experience. Also the hot tub didn’t go above 35 C which was disappointing.

Great location away from a main road which gave us a lot of quiet time of relaxation. Not too far from Kalamaki beach (5min by car, 20 min walk) where we enjoyed sunrise runs. It was fantastic being waken up by singing birds every morning.Very friendly staff who make us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Delicious breakfast including variety of eggs, cereals, cheese, fruit, veg and sweet treats.

The suite with hot tub was beautifully designed, very modern inside and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. Lovely quiet area that provides a peaceful place to stay with luxury accommodation.

Nothing bad to stay, our advice for future customers would be to have a car/quad as the hotel is away from the main street of kalamaki, however this did not bother you at all as we had a vehicle to get around.

My stay was exceptional !!! The staff and the general manager are so kind and ready to help you with anything just to make your stay great. They make me feel at home. Food is great!! You have to try their burger and the drinks. Friday evening was greek night and everyoane from the greek staff and the general manager and his wife were dancing!! Room was good size with air condition and a Jacuzzi on my terace!! I was thrilled!!!!The bed was okay, nontlheless I slept good but I think they need to improve a bit that. I love the stay because has a good pozitive energy where you can relax and recover. I will definitely go back. I would like with this ocasion to thank to all the staff that made my stay so agrreble considering the fact I was a solo traveler. Paracalo!

Everything- beautiful staff. Close to airport. Food excellent. Bed comfy. Atmosphere and entertainment delightful. One great night. Had late check in after a long flight and they opened the kitchen to accommodate us with dinner and nothing was a bother to all the staff and they could speak our language and understand us.

Lovely luxury room with a hot tub. Private courtyard with table and chairs and deck chairs.

The room got a little damp overnight because of the condensation from the hot tub. I am sure if the weather had been warmer overnight we could have left the door open which would solve the problem.

Water in the hot tub was not warming up in the first night, but in the morning they fixed immediately.

Extremely nice staff, the guy on the reception who checked me (in & out) and the two guys at the bar who helped with everything (room service, taxi services, etc). Very quiet location and relaxing, the suit I stayed in was very clean with a jacuzzi and a big double bed. Very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent.

The only thing is the constant smell of the room because of the jacuzzi and the humidity. But I got used to it very quickly.

Apartment 403 was simply incredible, a separate house with a large spacious terrace,where there was a jacuzzi. Staff very helpful, smiling, nice, just professionals. Breakfast was sufficient and really tasty. Only the location is a bit more distant from the sea, but I can only recommend the accommodation and the staff.

The check-in was very nice, they welcomed us with a shot of their homemade liquor and a little sweet treat. Then we went up to our room. Unfortunately there was a problem with this room, but the staff managed it very well and changed our room within the next minutes. We stayed in the "resort" part of this hotel, which comes with a Jacuzzi in every room/on the balcony, very nice! The breakfast was tasty and a variety of choices as well. We also enjoyed their Greek night, a buffet of delicious Greek food and Greek music/live dancing. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place!

The bathroom in our room was a bit too small, we couldn't sit properly on the toilet because of the bad placement of the toilet/wall too close. But it was the only small down point and our entire stay was just wonderful!

Amazing fjnf at just £40 a night for a suite wonderful hot tub & 4 poster bed. Very romantic. Set in amazing grounds so peaceful. Just 20min walk to the the strip & bakery and shop 5 mkn away. Breakfast amazing.

Had funny smell in the room mayb from the hot tub. Food prices a bit on expensive side in the resturant.

the bad smell from the sewing system that filled the complete room. at arrival it was covered witha strong flower odour, but soon after it was there all the time. after spoken with the host, nothingwas done to solve it. , nor compensate. its a pity

the room was absolutely amazing. gorgeous view and a gorgeous place. a lovely pond right outside our suite and a jacuzzi on our balcony. it was amazing ❤️ I will definitely be back in the future. the staff are so friendly.

As soon as we entered our room, we were so disappointed. We had read such great reviews and chose this place for our anniversary.

I have been using booking.com for years and have never yet left a negative review. i have to say, this place had me so disappointed. When we walked into our suite, it wasn’t the room we had requested. I had confirmed two months ago to have a specific room and had been told it was no problem. We were in a room with a very hard bed, with hairs on it, and dead flies squished to the walls. The smell was like moth balls. Outside was the jacuzzi which had cloudy water and had a lot of sand in it. We were feeling pretty sad because we had paid a lot and hoped to have a beautiful room. We explained to the staff this wasn’t the room we had requested and were told there was nothing else available other than a room with two single beds that would possibly be available hours later. We also asked about a refund and were told the person to speak to about that wouldn’t be back for hours. We were quite upset and decided we needed to find another accommodation. As I said, I have never left a negative review before but I just wanted to warn anyone out there who is hoping for a beautiful time. Look elsewhere!
