I loved the spa it was relaxing and beautiful! Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.

Two thing I can mention is that in the lobby they use a perfume that smells nice at first, but it’s a bit too strong. After a few minutes, the fragrance becomes overwhelming and makes me not want to stay there for long.The other thing was that I was a bit disappointed because the AC in the bedroom was turned off. I had to call the front desk three different times to ask them to turn it on. They eventually did, but it was frustrating to have to keep calling each time.

Nice and clean. Secure car parking. Large rooms well equipped. The spa looks great but is expensive to use. Plus they make you wear silly swim hats.

They advertise being dog friendly but they aren’t really. They don’t want you to leave your dogs in the room but they make no provision for you to eat in the restaurant. They have lots of space and could do easily.Reception staff are not very good. Not interested in helping you with luggage or showing you to your room even though there was three of them with nothing to do. Made you almost feel like an inconvenience.

Peaceful hotel, even though it is located in the centre of town. Great breakfast and the restaurant is very good.

The thermal area is fantastic, it's worth going to the hotel just for it.

For breakfast there are mostly snacks, to order something hot, you need staff. There are few staff, so it is very inconvenient

The room was a good size, clean and comfy.

The 'Spa' that you can upgrade to is actually just a swimming pool with a couple of jets in it and a dated one at that. If you want any real spa treatments they're all of course extra as is everything in this place...The location is not nice, didn't feel particularly safe walking around outside of the hotel complex. due to this we ended up paying extra to ensure the cars were secure in their small underground car park.From the moment you arrive everything is extra cost, the whole vibe from the hotel was they were penny pinching... outdated décor but charged extra for basics like a bread roll with your dinner even though they served them to us without asking. The photos on the website are accurate however they're very selective with angles and backgrounds....

Sauna charged extra and you have to book an hour slot, as a result the spa area is always empty

We absolutely loved our stay! The Rooms were super spacious including the bathrooms, the beds were really comfortable and soft! We had breakfast included in the stay and the spread was huge, so much choice. We also had use of the Thermal pool which was really relaxing.

Free parking is not a good option (far from entrance and dangerous with children to cross a tunnel) so you must pay 12€/day for their premium parking inside hotel.

After changing my room to what I had actually booked, I was happy with the space. High ceilings and spacious. Contrary to the reception staff, the breakfast staff were great.

First room smelled like smoke and was not what I had booked. I made them give me another room. Reception staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly. Not the best start to my stay. Breakfast area is HUGE and VERY noisy. Lots of kids making it even more noisy. The interior of the rooms has seen better days. Common areas are in better condition.

Great breakfast and hotel restaurant for dinner and lunch as well. Amazing indoor pools/terms.

cleaning wasn’t perfect for a 4 star hotel. there was no snooker table.

The thermal pool is excellent. Very friendly staff. Stunning building and facilities. Food was very high good quality for dinner and breakfast.

We got parked ok but not loads of parking and a bit awkward.

Excellent location just 20 minutes from the ferry port.The room was spacious and clean.Breakfast was excellent at with a huge choice, one of the best breakfast options we had during our time in Spain.The thermal pool was a great addition to chill out in the evening.The staff were extremely helpful, informative and kind.
