Pros +
- On the 10th january 2026 the restaurant in the hotel was closed , and there was no information about that anywhere. The staff was not attentive. But the rooms are nice, and the parking available.
- Awful experience
- This is our second time at this hotel. We really like the location and the natural surroundings. It's a cozy and pleasant hotel. The reception staff was very pleasant.
Cons -
- I decreased the points, because the food at the breakfast wad not fresh, what is weird for Feance: not fresh baguette and cheese was stale (like is was cut few days ago and stayed on s counter nit covered). My husband made photos and played them at Google reviews.
- Unprofessional and irresponsible staff. I had the most awful experience. The reception was totally dismissive and did not care about the severe consequences of their carelessness on my trip. Here is the story: One night earlier, I asked the reception to book a taxi for me for the early morning. In the morning I went to the reception, looking for my taxi. They told me no taxi is booked for me. I panicked, since I could miss my flight! I asked them to quickly call a taxi for me. The reception said she cannot do that. That froze my heart as I thought for sure I will miss the flight! Then she told me to book an uber for myself. I am not a constant uber user, so it took me a couple of minutes to successfully book uber. But then the taxi driver showed up! So apparently the hotel had already booked a taxi for me. The taxi driver and the reception pushed me to cancel the uber. Uber charged me for cancellation. The reception told me call uber and request refund (which didn’t work). Another staff from hotel (who witnessed the situation) called me one day later and offered refund for uber cancellation fee. I asked them to send me an email, so that I can give my card number officially. But they didn’t send an email, and it’s been more than a week now. So I guess they have just dismissed it.
- Unfortunately, this time it was very dirty, including the courtyard and pool area, and the bathrooms and toilet in the room were also very dirty. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The air conditioning didn't work properly for five days. There were no mosquito nets, and various bugs from the forest kept flying into the room. The restaurant staff was unfriendly at breakfast and took food away early. Breakfasts have gotten much worse. There are no vegetables at all.

Location (in the forest).
One evening, the hotel closed the restaurant without notice and refused to provide any food options, leaving several families (including us) surprised and with nothing for dinner. When we raised this with the staff, they were extremely arrogant, even saying “it is not my problem.” On top of that, our first room had a leaking sink, and after moving to another room, we discovered the safe was broken and it was never fixed during our stay. Breakfast was also extremely poor, with no vegetables at all and very limited choice.
I liked the location and a gentleman who was very kind to us from the moment we arrived until we left (an older gentleman who also worked at the reception on the night shift) spoke fluent English and was very kind in everything.
We were accommodated at this hotel but unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the room where I stayed and the gluten-free breakfast supplement for my wife who has celiac disease. We were offered gluten-free bread only one day after which we were told that they had ordered it and for 6 days we did not have bread at breakfast. The room was very noisy, it was located next to the elevator and the elevator was very loud (probably maintenance had to be done on that elevator)Cracked windows in the room, the handle on the entrance door was barely in place.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
During the season the prices are very high, so we chose this hotel because it is located relatively close to the sea, so since we had a car it was easy to get there. The hotel has a super good pool.
Breakfast is low. The rooms are used, the carpets were not cleaned regularly, quite dirty. Our room had a sewage smell.
The location is good.. the room size is ok. The bunk bed for the kids was good. We only stayed for one night and did not use the hotel facilities but frankly they did not look appealing.
The room was ok but it wasn't clean. We found a used lubricant gel bottle under the kid's bunk bed. The towels and sheets didnt smell fresh. Best to use a detergent that smells fresh. Other amenities in the room were ok. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel, we didnt think it would be good. Overall, the quality is average and we wont be doing a Novotel again.
We were looking for a budget friendly family hotel to spend the night during our vacation touring the region. The hotel does not have any particular charm but was conveniently located in our itinerary, had a nice pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day visiting in the heat. The staff was nice and the facilities were family friendly.
The pool closed at 7pm which was on the early side, especially in the summer when night falls quite late. The breakfast was ok, but very basic. Fruits were green which was underwhelming in a region were fruits are so abundant and delicious.
Immerse in the green and quiet area. Good swimming pool and common areas. Breakfast was great for a 4 star and all fresh food, great choice
Clean and modern room, spacious parking in green area away from the busy coastline. Well trained staff and nice outside pool.
Restaurant was out of service? Didn’t look appealing?
Clean hotelNice personel ( especially always smiled recepcionist)Situated in lonely scenery of treesQuire quiet so you can relax
Very far to shops and restaurants
Novotel Antipolis is close enough to the beach that you can base yourself here, and is set in a park, super calm. Breakfast is excellent and well varied and the staff was very friendly with us. Recommend for your short business stays or even family vacation!
While the location is good to park the car, the location is a bit far away from everything, e.g. decent restaurants.
Some of the staff members at the reception desk were not really helpful, e.g. for transport by bus. The outside seating area of the restaurant was poorly maintained, e.g. the pillows in the seats were really not taken care off (dirty, soaking wet in the morning...)
The room was very neat and comfortable, with even a little sofa and a large wardrobe. It also faced the green outside, without any noise from the street. Bathroom and shover very clean.Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice between different possibilities. Also, the parking is big enough to host a lot of cars.
The hotel gym is disappointing. Just a small room with 3 cardio machines and almost nothing else. Defintely a point for improvement, with a larger room and some wheight macines or free weights. The corridor leading to the room (ground floor) is quite narrow and dark. Also, the personnel keep the service rooms open, which is not a good show for a hotel at this level.
The breakfast was rich and varied, typical for this type of hotel chain. The location is excellent if you're attending an event at ETSI. While it is possible to walk to ETSI from the hotel, the uphill path is quite steep. The return walk from ETSI to the hotel is significantly easier, especially if you cross the main road. The surroundings are peaceful and nestled among trees.
I was surprised by the fact that I had to provide an additional deposit or pre-authorisation of €110, even though the room had already been paid for via Booking.com. Although this amount was used to cover dinner, the remaining balance will only be refunded in about a week. This is, without a doubt, a questionable business practice. It is also important to thoroughly check your room for mosquitoes, as there seem to be quite a lot of them in this area.
Nothing stands out to what we liked. The hotel we felt was satisfactory nothing above and beyond.
More remote from what we originally thought. Quiet hotel, which wasn't negative but unfortunately seemed to be more for business trips.
Great location in the forest, but close to Antibes and Cannes. Nice room, Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food
Hotel may be in need of some renovation especially in the corridors, where there was also a leak of water on the floor.
the food is the same every day for 5 nights, the same breakfast every day. without salad
There is very little food to choose from at the table, there is almost nothing to eat
Clean with nice pool and a really good location
The wooden tables and chairs outside the restaurant that you use when dining needs painting.
