Good reception area, very helpful. restaurant and casino next door so good for relaxing.

Very difficult to find.

Lovely staff, great activities close by.

We went to the attached Tex Mex restaurant and had the worst service and meal ever. When we brought our disappointment up to the restaurant staff they didn’t care. Not a good reflection on the hotel.

The beds very comfortable!

The hotel itself was just the rooms, and a reception area for breakfast, that and soft drinks were all they sold. Adjacent to the hotel is a Tex Mex and Casino/Restauant/Bar in the Casino building whatever you purchase lunch,dinner,drinks or gamble there is an added charge as this merchant is registered under cash equivalent. Meaning there is a 3% charge on your card or a minimum £3 charge at the ATM. I Find this unacceotable as we were never informed at all regarding these charges. The free wi fi was useless and only worked in the hotel building intermittantly. The nearest bar restaurant was too far to walk to. A reasonably good bus service took us into Dax where we could choose where to eat and drink and at what cost!

Friendly staff, great breakfast, dog friendly, lovely lake right next door to walk around. Casino and restaurants are next door too. Coffee and Tea facilities in the room too!

the parking possibility and the easiness as at the ground floor with a dog to go out at anytime//

the service of the restaurant next door, in the casino, part of the same group, staff not very attentive to clients and problem with attention to allergies & a bit expensive for what it was

Very Poor and Uncomfortable

Hotel is not clean. Black mould on the wall of our room and no fan in the bathroom.Very uncomfortable beds and room in total. The entire place needs a renovation. Very noisy guests, not a good place to rest.

Very friendly lady on the desk , eveything you need for a good night rest bed was very comfortable , will recommend and will be staying again

Reception staff always very helpful and friendly. Excellent English speaking staff. Room was very quiet, we had a view over the car park which is free and secured.Breakfast was excellent. Have stayed in the two adjacent hotels previously at a much higher cost, but always had cause to complain. This hotel absolutely no complaints a great relief will definitely be returning to this hotel.Very close to the lake which is an excellent place to walk or use the fitness trail..Tea and coffee making in the room.

The fact we didn't stay here previously! Only real downside to this hotel, no bar on site for evening drinks or a restaurant. No fridge in room.

Very clean and comfortable room overlooking a small lake. The good "brasserie" in the same location is a real added value.It is the ideal place to have a break during a business trip

Good location for us to stop over for a night. Parking onsite a big plus. The area was well lit and had a bit of life to it so made us feel more comfortable. The room itself was fine, not good not bad.

I didn’t like the carpet it just felt unclean, hard floor would be better. The hotel is also by a lake so there is a slight humid feel and lots of spiders inside which I think is due to people leaving the window open.

Great Location..close to spas, massage, casino, tex mex and bowling..close to lake, easy bus to station..great staff.

For me personally the pillow was much to hard.. others may love that. Air conditioning was a bit disappointing. I did enjoy my stay.

Room slight smallish but wasn't an issue ..

The breakfast was very good, a lot of options and delicious.Very nice employees, always ready to help you the best possible.

We don't like our room door,because maybe it was a bit demage and made a lot of noise when you close it. We found a very big spider in the hall when we were going to our room...

Underwhelming

I chose the hotel JOA because it said the room had AC. When we got there the AC did not work. When we asked at reception we were told that there was nothing they could do to fix it or change our room and we had to make do with a man electric fan which was better than nothing I guess.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, really tasty breakfast, beds were comfortable. The best part is the location, right on the lake, really beautiful around sunset, take a walk around the lake and explore, highly recommend.

Very basic , small rooms with thin walls . Team was extremely helpful and friendly but we were looking for 3 person room and dog for one night and unfortunately it was not good choice for us. Location seems to be very nice , but our dog was alarmed many times at night and as bungalow place with 13 meters for 3 people room was very humid.

Size , humidity and bathroom
