Pros +
- Good central location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- I liked the location and the politeness of the receptionist
- Location was great. The views from balcony were excellent. Alarm call in the morning was great. They even followed this up with a knock on the door to make sure I was awake. Very professional.
Cons -
- Was very noisy and the room was really hot. We couldn’t open the window due to the noise.
- I think that installing an air conditioning would be important. There was a fan that helped a lot as it was very hot.
- Unfortunately the singing/ shouting and revelry from local street/ park that didn’t stop until about 2 in the morning was the only disappointment. Admittedly not much hotel can do about this.
