Clean comfortable good location

Good for an overnight stop would not like to spend a holiday there.

Comfortable beds, it had everything we needed for a one night stay on our journey to Spain. Friendly staff.

Facilities were old and require some renovation / modernization.

Very beautifull surroundings. Nice walking around the little lake. I'm sure in the summertime it's very nice place to stay even longer period. Hotel staff speaking english and they were very frendly.Nice lake wiew restaurant.

In restaurant menys only in france and waitres speaking just frens, not so much to chooce but food was good.

The hotel has a very good restaurant which is very good value for money. The hotel also has a spa. The room looked a bit outdated, but it was very spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet location at a lake. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I only stayed for one night, but I would always return.

Although the room had bottled water, it would be nice, if the room would provide a kettle with tea and coffee as well.

In amongst many other hotels so a busy destination. On arrival place is a large hotel . Room was on the third floor but on approach to the room 376 it was clear it wasnt a no smoking floor as cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming.

On entry to shower i managed to wash my hair and nothing further as water went off and didnt cone back on . I complained to receptionist who said we know and sorry . I was very underwhelmed at the lack of empathy shown and genuine apology shown

Bed was nice, friendly reception

Swimming pool closed, was not mentioned with or after booking, place seems in need of refurbishing, no airconditioning. Breakfast very minimal. Far (10km) from motorway

Clean and welcoming. Beautiful location. Friendly receptionist, English spoken. Large comfortable room and bed with a lovely view of the lake. Restaurant serving good simple French menu and breakfast. Parking.

Very limited time for meals - diificult as I have Type 2 diabetes. Check in 3pm (I arrived by car at 8 am from Spain - exhausted)

The lady at the reception which speaks Spanish was very kind.

It was not very clean.

Great service from the moment I get in. The receptionist (forgot the name-sorry) was amazingly helpful and polite and quickly sorted my reservation. 10 out of 10 . Restaurant staff, the „older” lady who get my dinner sort out as I get to restaurant just before closing - she is a true star . Get my food and drinks within seconds. If I’ll ever go that way I definitely will be back.

Easy to get to by car. Lovely area with walks around the lake or further. Helpful, pleasant staff. Restaurant food tasty & service was very good. Breakfast good too.

Pillow was too hards for me - but that's such a minor problem in the grand scheme of things!

Its not the latest style of Hotel, but its kept well up and there are many facilities around. Parking was easy and close to the Hotel. For our transit stay it was a great stop over. The area is quite and the hotel is close to a lake. A thermal pools & SPA is right opposite the hotel and making it almost part of the hotel.

Our room was facing the lake with a beautiful, but also having a road passing in front of the hotel which added noise to the room. This disturbs in the morning if you intend to sleep longer.

Cleanliness of the room, quiet and comfortable for a good night rest.Breakfast was a fair deal given the cost.Staff overall very friendly and helpful.

The room was alright but the corridors leading to it need some renovation.Was counting on the restaurant for the evening meal (arriving late) but the menu was very limited so ended up looking for alternatives in the neighbourhood.

Nice location overlooking the manmade lake.Friendly staff and clean room. Excellent dinner, but fixed menu at reasonable price.
