    Pros +

    • Room and bathroom is large and beautiful ,has a,spa zone, breakfast is so nice for this price
    • This was a last-minute decision to extend our stay. We had a Luxury Room the night before and loved it, but at the time we did not know that we'd love the room so much and booked a Jr. Suite. The Luxury Room was wonderful.
    • Lovely hotel with a great garden, nice spa, cosy bar, and friendly staff. Rooms are good size and beds and bedding feel premium.

    Cons -

    • Extra,pay for bathrobe
    • When we checked in at reception, the receptionist should have noticed that we had two different rooms booked on different nights and offered us the upgraded room to begin with. The Jr. Suite had lower ceilings and a little disappointment.
    • I didn’t get an honest answer why bath robes were not available for hotel guests until checking out (busy at Christmas, not being able to wash them and re-stock rooms).

This is not my first time at the hotel, and it will not be the last.

This stay was not a good one for me. The main issue was the noise from the room doors slamming shut. Also, I have to point out the absence of slippers and a bathrobe. If you want them, you have to pay extra, which I don't think is suitable for a beautiful and established hotel like this, especially considering its price point. These items should be included in the room amenities. There are cheaper hotels that still provide them as standard.Furthermore, the room cleaning was not up to par; it has become very economical, limited to just making the bed and changing the towels. I did not like this, especially since I received an email about this cleaning method and I refused it, requesting a full cleaning of the room.I believe this stay was not a successful one. I hope the situation improves for the better next time.

The room was very well appointed, spacious and spotless. The Spa was lovely. Food in the restaurant was absolutely fabulous.

When we arrived as it was quite late we went straight to the room. They do supply robes and slippers but they only fit if you're a 15" waist and have size 1 feet........ neither of which we have. So I sat there looking like the incredible Hulk, laughed and thought never mind I'll take advantage of the mini bar and chill out with a glass of wine only to find it empty :-( I called reception but they told me it's always empty and you need to bring your own drinks so not quite sure what makes it a mini bar???? Like other guests reviews we needed to ask for thinner pillows and not a single bottle of water in the room. Just a few little things they really missed out on especially for a deluxe suite. That said I could not fault the room and we had a lovely stay. We ate at the restaurant twice on our 3 day stay and the food was 1st class and cooked to perfection. I would not hesitate to stay here again and could not recommend it highly enough!!! Thank you.

    The place and decoration

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the toilet separate

Wonderful spa and pool, excellent breakfast available at 7a, spacious and well-appointed rooms, pleasant staff, and gorgeous gardens.Really a wonderful place.

We were attending the Spa-Francorchamps Grand Prix and the drive is quite long with traffic. Perhaps a "box breakfast" to go could be possible on race day.

Breakfast Buffet was nice, Dinner was delicious (taste, presentation above expectation)

Service speed, condition & comfort of the room

Loved the treatos for my fur baby as well as the ground floor location of the room. Really close to main attractions and lots of restaurants shops within walking distance. Loved the feel of being in an old, grand castle

The 2 single beds with separate mattress toppers … kept sliding off the bed which wasn’t always comfortable.

We have booked a 2-night stay for our parents for their 50-year marriage anniversary. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make their stay memorable and remarkable. Parents are happy to the moon. They enjoyed every second of their visit to this fantastic place. Thank you!

The room was very spacious, well appointed, beautiful bathroom with a tub. Nice large windows for a great view. The bar is cosy and dinner was fabulous! Would definitely return.

Clean, friendly and beautiful room. Lovely breakfast

the building looks like a real palace. Breakfast was very good. Some additional (egg varieties) served at the table. Bathroom modern clean and spacey.

the Sunday breakfast was open for locals/external visitors. Too busy and people witha. different mindset. Group in trainings, while we were looking for a romantic breakfast luxurious.

The feeling of beiing in a castle is great. Our room was so beutiful and confortable with a nice view .

only a comment for the restaurant:Before you charge the bill to the room is better to present to the customer the list to check is everythig is ok and ask if we want to charge it to the room or pay it apart. This will avoid misunderstandings .

The property is beautiful, with stunning gardens and gorgeous interior decorations. But there was construction during our stay.

We are big on water, especially in this heat during summer. For a four-star hotel at that price, I would have expected water in the room, as well as a mini bar with cold drinks, but there was none. Not even one little bottle of water. We had to go to the reception to buy water from them.

    9RozingPosted on: 5-27-2024

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is costly but worthy. There is parking.

For such pricey hotel it makes sense to have some sort of facilities like gym/sauna.

    Location and overall look

Room and specifically the bathroom was very dim (definitely needed better lighting)

    6AndreaPosted on: 4-19-2024

The old part of the building is nice

Rooms in the new wings are nothing special. In the bedroom the WC is separated from the bathroomRestaurant is just "all appearance" but food is quite bland and service lacks of passion; it is just "another boring hotel restaurant"

Beautiful castle, with very spacious, well equipped room and very nice bathroom. Very clean.

The pillows were too high and were hard to sleep on. The choice of non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails/cava was very limited and relatively expensive. 6.5 euro for a half liter of sparkling water is preposterous - we only noticed this on the bill that we received after payment (?). The food at the restaurant was good but not exceptional.
