Location and the room cleanliness.

I was charged 50 euros extra ontop of the room rate to have the kids bed in my family suite. This is unacceptable since I already paid an upcharge to a family suite. Breakfast upcharge to the room night rate is to much, especially if you have kids along.

Perfect stay. Friendly staff. Very dog friendly! Spacious room. Very good breakfast.

Good location, clean, good facilities & variety of breakfast options.

Staff at reception desk on the day of arrival & at the bar in the restaurant was not well behaved! Due to seasonal high occupancy there were issues but that doesn’t mean your staff gets licensed to behave rudely/discriminatory!

Location and surrounding are amazing. Love the atmosphere, great pool and sauna

If you keep ventilation open lot of insect bytes , if you close bed was hot during winter also. Near to swimming pool rooms arent comfortable.

Beautiful property, the rooms are very spacious and dinner was very good!

There are limited table with a view at breakfast and we had to sit behind the breakfast buffet, maybe would be nice to move the buffet and enable more tables with a view.

We liked that rooms were clean and quiet. It was also very clean

Pillows were a bit hard, and it would have been great if a softer pillow could have been provided. Would have liked to have more tea in the room. Signage in the spa was unclear, and it was difficult to understand where to change, where to take off shoes, etc

Beautiful scenery, great staff. In general a very comfortable, quiet and pleasant place to stay and relax.

- Staff is very good and helpful. Especially the tall blond lady and the experienced waiter at the bar are exceptioanlly perfect people and extreme hard workers. They do everything to make the guests happy.- Drinks are all good, especially wine.- Cleanliness. The house keeping is also very kind and fast.- The staff at the reception is very professional- Beautiful garden- The pool and sauna

- Food was not so special considering the price except fries and cheese. - The cooking time is extremely long, you can earliest in 1 hour. But the starters are served relatively faster and taste much better than the main course. You may consider ordering the starters only. - Stale bread at breakfast- Layout of the food at breakfast- The smell of the soap at the rooms is very sharp. Could be something softer, not everyone would like it.

I really liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel, the attentiveness of the staff, and the cleanliness. It exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort

Lovely location in the country, with great outlook from our terrace and stream running by, comfortable room and bed, great to have lovely pool and sauna just down the hall, bus stop just outside hotel

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was pleasant. Dinner was okay

The restaurant was understaffed, which made the dinner take longer.

Perfect breakfast, squeaky clean rooms, warm staff, beautiful atmosphere and lovely pool & wellness facilities - I have an 11 year old and every day we were looking forward to going back to the hotel to enjoy some pool time and to rest in our room

I gave 9/10 because of a tiny mishap for the bike rentals. The portal you purchase extras did not have very detailed information about bikes. We ended up cancelling our reservation for bikes cause they don’t have child bikes or bike seats. If we could foresee this, we could’ve reached out to another bike rental before everything shut down for Easter. BUT this didn’t have an impact on our stay cause the bikes weren’t our main transportation.

The location was nice and the breakfast buffet was good and had a big variety. There were nice hiking trails in the area.My main problem was that they advertised that they have a jacuzzi/hottub in the spa but there wasn't one and for me it's false advertising. There was a niche in the swimming pool that had bubbles every 10 minutes. That is absolutely not a hot tub!The ventilation in the room could also be better.

Excellent hotel in great environment.Rooms are comfortable, beds are great.Nice little wellness area with no extra charge. Breakfast was good but busy.We were offered a later check-out time which was great.

We booked the ‘castle dinner’ instead of eating at the hotel restaurant. The food was average, with a poor wine selection. Not possible to order sides (like fries). Although staff tried their best we were disappointed with the level of quality presented.Hotel food and drinks (also in the cafe area) is overpriced.

We visited for a short stay and had a very relaxing time. The hotel is quietly located and we had a spacious room facing sunny south. The beds were comfortable and the hotel has everything you need with a delicious food included (we tried breakfast and dinner). We came with our 4 year old daughter and she enjoyed the stay and the swimming pool. The staff was very nice, polite and very informative.

Stunning place and it always smelled beautiful when you walked in. Loved that there was a bath too! The bed and pillows were fabulous

No water in the room. No robes or slippers either
