Great breakfast and nice staff

There were people talking under our window from 2:30-3:30 am - heard them even through the closed window.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. Hotel had a modern feel and design. Austrian style breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms had a very basic dorm vibe and beds were too firm even for Austria standards. Unfortunate heatwave and no air conditioning made it extra uncomfortable

The staff were super friendly, the place are sparkling clean and spacious. There is a kitchen with all the amenities one could need. Location is couple of minutes away from the lake and park.

Could smell smoking in the room, would expect ac, as it was very hot in the room at night...

Amazing room with a huge bathroom and a wonderful balcony towards the back with evening sunshine. Free coffee and tea at the main reception area. Wonderful selection of frozen meals and a microwave all very reasonably priced, lovely garden to relax or have a coffee. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed here for a couple additional nights. Great location to explore the Ammersee area by bicycle (they have a dedicated bicycle garage)

Breakfast was slightly below average for hotels in this price range, not a big minus though.

Only one pillow per person in room and staff off duty from 8pm so could not ask for another.

I was given a list of restaurants and was advised to book by phone. But how should I know what I was booking? Instead I had to cycle 5km into Deissen to find a restaurant with a table free. (Italian... not very good!).For this reason I marked it down to 7.

Breakfast was good, all room is clean. The location is quiet not far from beach and ship port. you can come to hotel with train. the hotel not far from train station. but far from city, quiet and peaceful. For minibar coffee and tea you can drink free of charge.

Bathroom has no shower cap. in night you can still hear voice from other room. The restaurant near hotel have not much and close on monday and tuesday. if you like to dinner you must drive to city. but The hotel have food in refrigerator you can buy and make warm by yourself with microwave.

the bed had wierd pillows - on the last day my neck muscles ached, i could barely turn my head.there is only one window in the room, so no air is coming inside.same breakfast everyday - its boring and depressing.

The location is great. A very quiet little town, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Great Biergarten Restaurant near by. The privat lake access is wonderful.

Noisy at night as can hear other guests loudly, no air-conditioning.

The room was spacious and there's a self-service bar open 24/7, which is cute.There's space and parking, which is cool. Things work just OK.The breakfast was fresh (though not wow) and internet is fast.

The room's standard is just basic, with the bathroom reminding me of some hospitals.The view was the lake, some hundred metres away and a cell phone tower much closer.Also, there are bibles everywhere, which might not be everyone's thing.
