Location was good and spa and indoor swiming pool waa good

The pillow and matress werent confortable compared to the hotel standard

Friendly and helpful check in. The room was very very clean and comfortable with a nice view over the golf course. We used the gym and spa facilities and they were mostly pretty good. The spa and pool area was very clean and not too busy with young children.. Lunch at the golf club was good except for the loud music. Breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive. Overall a very enjoyable 1 night stay.

The gym could have been cleaner and as it was a sunny day it was too warm to do much of a workout. We couldn't open a window or find how to get cool air while we weer working out. The main negative of our stay was the only evening dining option was the buffet. The food had been sitting in the trays for a while. It was fine and the staff were friendly but we would have liked an a la carte restaurant and freshly cooked food.

Design and space of the hotel the rooms, very quite and comfortable. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Water circuits were nice but no space for the guests that they had, there was a slot time for the guests but was full of people.

•We had a two-day trip and were not able to book hotel facilities like golf and tennis.I reached out to the hotel several days before the trip to book a golf lesson, but they didn’t respond.When we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that everything was already booked, which was disappointing.•Scheduled fitness activities do not take place; e.g., yoga on Sunday.•Most of the restaurants have the same menu, so there are not many options.

The location is wonderful, and the architecture of the hotel is truly beautiful. Breakfast was very good, with a lovely restaurant featuring large windows and a stunning view. The breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.We also loved enjoying lunch on the terrace restaurant and spending evenings on the lobby terrace, with the chance to watch a spectacular sunset. The Food & Beverage team were all very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more special.

However, what disappointed me was the lack of engagement from Guest Services. I accidentally left two phone chargers in the room and contacted the property the same day I checked out, speaking with Gonçalo, who informed me that housekeeping would respond within 2–3 days. I later followed up by email and received a sad and unexpected reply from Maísa Palma. I then sent another email requesting clarification and the contact for the Lost and Found service, but never received any further answer. Unfortunately, I was not expecting that my belongings could not be recovered.

The room was very spacious, clean, very comfortable with all the amenities on may need. Excellent bathroom, with shower and bathtub.Amazing breakfast with lots of fresh items.

We were attending a wedding near by so it was an excellent place to stay. Particularly liked the enormous pool to get the day started and the buffet breakfast.

It is very very large so lots of corridors and a bit impersonal. But this was not really a problem for us as we were not concentrating all our time there

Amazing view, the location is just wonderful and calling for relaxation. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast delicious. Big comfortable rooms.

Just a pitty the inside pool doesn’t have an area for the kids. Also the room for the kids club was a little sloppy and with poor daylight

Breakfast was really good, the SPA is also super nice and due to the reservation system (1hour) it doesn't get crowded, providing a very relaxing time! The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was amazing! Everyone is very attentive, nice and always available for anything the guests may need!!Will definitely come back :)

Sorry to say but this is no 5 star hotel. Wall paper needs replacing, breakfast was average (no better than a real 3 star hotel), no drinks in the fridge and it may sound stupid but no bath robes. Nice but no 5 stars.

Staff is super nice and available. The Grande Escolha restaurant is great. Spa treatments are very good. Fantastic place to go as a couple or family. Close to Lisbon (40 minutes by car), but far enough to escape daily life and relax!
