- The breakfast is absolutely exceptional. I have never had anything so good. It was like visiting a smorgasbord. We had everything imaginable.. The chef even came out to chat with us. We have been all over Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, etc. and have never seen anything like this wonderful place. For supper we had lamb and it was the best ever. Anyone who is near Kaiser slaautern or in this area of Should visit this place!!

Receptionists would not accept that we had paid by visa, as their payment connection was down. Although we showed them your confirmation of payment it was not accepted by them. Instead they demanded 119 € before they would provide a room key. We see today a booking on our bank statement for the amount agreed at our time of booking on line.
