Nice room, close to everything, very clean.

Lots of street noise and people coming in late.

Quiet, cozy, remote but still within city near old Jewish quarter.

Not receiving my entrance code via SMS. Staff apologized next day as they forgot to send it. Arrived late and would have had an issue if my colleague wasn't with me. He received his code, opened main door and then figured out combination to open lock on box for my key card! At least 08:00 breakfast was served in my room with a smile!

The situation regarding the car parking, is misleading in booking com site. The hotel has a parking permit for 2 cars outside the hotel location, but in order to park there you need to get a voucher from the hotel in advance. If you park in those places without the permit card visible in your front car window, you risk getting fined by the municipal police.

The heat pump made a loud noise during the night for up to 10 minutes, which was really hard to deal with while trying to sleep. If it wasn't for that, the room would get a 10/10 rating. 8/10 is a fairly generous rating considering the noise. Rooms could be a bit more sound-proof too, but this wasn't much of a concern.

The floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned, there was a strong sewage odour in the bathroom.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town. Quirky room in an old building which has been restored. Comfortable.

Parking is a problem. We had to leave our car a long way from the apartment.

It is in the city center so it has everything close to it . The breakfast was different every morning and very delicious.

They bring the breakfast to the room in which there was no regular table so it was uncomfortable It is very very difficult to find a parking

Very good rooms, modern design with unique personality in a central location. They also offered free parking in front of the building which made our driver very happy ! Breakfast was delicious ! The location was in the most interesting neighborhood of Veria. I was sad we left after only one night.

The place looks great, it is well located, clean and very nice.The interior is cosy and the space is well used.

We were just passing by during a night but all the needed is present, really comfortable and well designed. Perfectly located in the city.

Spa, design and location

Ambient of the old architecture and location. The surrounding is protected as an old Jewish quarter, close to the city center. The interior is designed as modern with nice details, but is not practical for use.

It is too small, because it is in a heritage building, rooms and bathrooms are designed out of standards. There is no dining room/restaurant, thay serve breakfast in the room, we asked to have it on the reception/lobby area. The hotel is not recommended for families with children or disabled persons. More adults only concept or honey moon couples. The parking is very limited and restricted, the hotel can't guarantee safe and close parking.

What a jewel in Veria ? modern and old blended together beautifully in this Hotel. Excellent Communication via WhatsApp and a very good breakfast. Interesting area (Old Jewish Quarter) to explore nearby and Restaurants are in walking distance.

The location was perfect, housed in renovated Greek Ottoman appartements near the Jewish neighbourhood of Veria. The breakfast was perfect and the staff so friendly. When the weather is better ill visit Veria once more

The only thing was that the room was a bit dark, but thats because we boooked the highest room. Some lights were broken.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travelers. The room was a bit cozy for three people but for a one-night stay it was just fine. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. The breakfast the next morning was lovely and having it delivered to the room was convenient. The location was easy enough to get to and we were thankful to have a parking spot right out front.

Not a big deal, but the staircase leading up to the room was pretty steep and might be tough for a person with mobility issues. It was a little tricky to haul larger suitcases because of it.
