- The facility is very old, the furniture was broken, sockets damaged. Rooms are really required for retrofitting! Price is extremely high!
- The pillows need to be replaced and the whole place needs a refresh. But for the cost, I didn't mind.

The location couldn't be better! I could walk all over Veria from here. The staff was great and I loved that they had 24 hour reception. The hot was was very hot and they had good water pressure. There is some small amount of parking that I had no issues using and that was free of charge.
The pillows need to be replaced and the whole place needs a refresh. But for the cost, I didn't mind.
The room was very spacious with a balcony and the breakfast was excellent. When I checked in, the front desk person was very helpful and provided me with detailed bus information about how to get to the Macedonian tombs at Vergina.
No complaints.
Location is good, cafes restaurants supermarket nearby. Close to bus terminal. Spacious room and bathroom. My room had a balcony overlooking street. Strong WiFi. Mini fridge in the room. Breakfast good.
Room price is a bit pricey.
Very good location. Clean and with convenient parking.
Comfortable
A great lively location with charming rooms and a welcoming host. Great value for money.
The only slight inconvenience was the location and small number of plug sockets.
Excellent location in the city center. Very comfortable family room with two separate areas.Satisfactory breakfast and it's very positive that there is parking available.
The location is the best in town, the bed is extremely comfortable and the staff is always very friendly and a joy to talk to.
Very accommodating for an elderly couple ! Check in and check out went smooth for them and loved the quick getaway to veroia .
Location
I received a very noisy room, no.103, first floor. The entrance door did not close well and there was space around it and the room faced the street and the windows did not insulate well at all.
The location was good (in walking distance to the center). The staff was friendly and helpful, the communication with them prior the accommodation was ok. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was generous. Overall quite a good place.
The fridge cupboard (which was also a stand for the TV) was a bit wobbly - it's better to fix it, for the safety of the TV :)
Terrible hotel
Please don’t be fooled by the high scores of this hotel. Overall it was a terrible stay. First, we were placed on the 4th floor and the rooms were very hot on this floor. The AC was very old and was not able to cool down the room. We asked for another room on another floor but we were informed that there was no availability. Second, the staff was not helpful at all. Only the girl that was serving the breakfast was smiling. The men at the check in and check out were not welcoming. Third, the room was very poorly equipped. The curtains were falling off of their places! There was no way to successfully close the curtains. The toilet flush is leaking so the water never stops filling the toilet. There is a constant noise from the bathroom. The shower cabin is missing it’s lids because the lids were removed from their places where they were supposed to be. You have to unavoidably wet the whole bathroom while taking a shower. It is impossible not to. The toilet bowl has very dark marks and looks very gross. The water was pooling in the sink. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Two of the four mattresses felt like they were broken as there was a significant downward collapse around where a human’s torso is supposed to be. Also mattresses had a lot of stains on them. There were very few plugs in the room and no plugs near the beds. My dad uses a CPAP machine and there was no bedside near the beds in the second room. We had to place that on the floor. In sum, nothing was really convenient in the room. There were no nets on the windows so it was not possible to open the windows.
Breakfast was very average bread always late
The chairs on the balcony need to be changed immediately
Definitely recommend Great location easy walking distance to all main historic sitesGood value. Older style hotel. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Room exactly as expected. Spacious Very clean. Light with balcony over Main Street. Noise not an issue and with door closed excellent sound isolationWifi good
Pillow linen smelled strongly of fragranced laundry detergent. Not pleasant for many folk. Many hotels now realise that these artificial fragrances not good for environment or humans. Would strongly suggest that all their linen is advertised as hypoallergenic.
Amazing central location, very friendly and helpful staff
Our bathroom flooded completely with every shower
This hotel is right in the middle of town, on a lovely street. The main issue we had was parking - the hotel's carpark was full (its v small), traffic wax mayham & there was no free parking anywhere. The man on reception was not much help, though he did suggest the parking station about 400mts away (requiring us to do a 4th loop of the town!) but he could give me no idea of the cost - not enen a v rough estimate He siad it was always like this parking & traffic wise, so he should have been able to tell me, better still they should have a deal with tne carpark & alsso warn re parking problems. Rooms are v spacious, beds comfortable with nice linen but shower just a handheld nozzzle in bath with no curtain , leaving water evertwhere. We opted not to take our room with balcony & city view so as to have a quiet room at the back but it wasn't that quiet unfortunately- rooms are not well soundproofed. Breakfast had a nice selection though my husnad said coffee wasn't great but they unusually had Earl grey tea, so i was happy. Having a 12pm checkout was nice.
Good location and spacy rooms. Good for a short stay
It smelled a bit like old smoke. But I am sensitive to smell.
I liked the room in size, comfort, cleanliness.
1. It was rather cold in the room. Heating didn't work well and A/C couldn't compensate.2. Bath small and after shower water kept flooding the floor.
