Room was cleanLiked the kitchenette set upNight porter was fantastic when I had to go out to car park at 2.30am to fetch mosquito killing plug in. Accompanied me to my car (I am a woman in my 60s with some mobility issues.

They had turned the air con in the room off as it was date wise the end of summer. It was still very warm so we were forced to open a window and my husband was bitten several times by mosquitoes. I had to then go to the car at 2.30am to get insect repellent and a plug in mosquito killer. We had to spend the reminder of the night with the window closed in a room that was far too hot.

Ok but with serious problems

Dangerous balcony as not secure due to scaffolding and awoke at 8am to find a workman standing right outside our 3rd floor bedroom window smoking a cigarette.

Specious and we'll equipped room. Coffee ,the excellent cookies.water.frodge hot plate.Comfortable bed.. Specious bathroom.Lots of natural light big and spotless balcony With peaceful view of canal and whipping willow..Love the place.

It was very basic but had everything we needed. There weren’t a lot of things to do in that part of town, but a short car ride brought you to wonderful places closeby! Especially the staff were absolutely wonderful. So very kind and helpful!

Our beds weren’t the greatest. The pullout couch felt like your feet were lying higher than our heads, so we turned around. Also sadly the little toilet in our bathroom didn’t have a ventilation system. We were also not allowed on our balcony due to work being done on the outside. Sad!

Excellent everything! Friendly staff. Away from town but there is everything available for daily needs at a short walking distance.

very clean, quiet, spacious, family friendly and a good breakfast breakfast. Good wi-fi and parking.

Everyone was very helpful. Our children liked the breakfast and the pool was very empty and was heated.

The location was a little bit away from the beach but a 15minute walk from the train station.

Bed was comfortable. Location was good for me as I was visiting family nearby.

Wi-Fi was variable and signal quite weak at times. Room wasn’t cleaned daily. I had to ask for it to be serviced after it hadn’t been cleaned for 3 days.Balcony was a bit grotty and covered in mould.

Within walking distance to train station, also nearby bus stop, Few restaurants in the area too. Loved the pool, room was clean and spacious, staff were lovely and let us enjoy the facilities before we could check into the room, as we arrived early.

Ruined our stay in Saint Nazaire

Phones don't work Terrace mouldy, toilet seat broken, room not serviced for 2 days. It's a run down hotel in an industrial area that needs to be closed and refurbished. Rooms smelt of fast food restaurant that patrons bring home.Better value at a backpackers

Rooms are not clean, with spider webs. The air-condition is poor, and did not work half of the time. When asked to be fixed they kept saying it will be fixed "tomorrow',
