- The location is far, but if you are able to drive in the area, it is a perfect location. We had to take a taxi, which was pricy. The property was clean and peaceful. The staff, from the cook Maximo to everyone else, Roberta, Valter, and Luca, were all a delight to deal with.
- A perfect gem! Clean, comfortable rooms with amazing staff. Great location.
Cons -
- Nothing the proerty was great!
- It’s a bit far to walk to anything, it’s better to have a car.
- 10 minutes to walk down the road to the lake and then you should do the same in the opposite direction ?But if you want, you can park your car close to the main road and make the return easier

Great view from the windows and balcony. Quiet room and neighborhood. Easy to access ferry and free parking

Luca the hotel concierge was a charm and so sweet. Everything you need, he finds a way matter what it takes to make it happen.
Nothing. Value is great for the location and only thing I wish they had was an iron or steamer.
The place is very clean, however the size of bathroom is too small.. the room is also small, but accetable...the tv set was impossible to watch..the place was close by 10 pm If you getting back later, the elevator was not working..very inconvenient.
The staff, the breakfast and the view from our room was incredible!
The government closed the pool because it was too cold (not the villa’s fault), but maybe install a heater for the pool. We were really wanting to swim in the pool as part of the reason we booked there.
The property is in a fantastic location. It is quiet, serene and just absolutely gorgeous. There are a few options close by for food and drink. The nature walk is also very close by which makes a lot of things accessible. This property is definitely for relaxation and leisure. We celebrated our engagement here, so our days were slow and relaxed and it was perfect for that.
You should probably rent a car if you are traveling here. Luckily, we did not have an issue, but taxi service can be unreliable and expensive. If you want to travel to another area, you’ll need a car. The bus is available, but it is unreliable as a consistent transportation. Usually it is 2 hours between buses, so you’ll have to plan ahead. The roads are very narrow so renting a car can be a little scary if you’re not an Italian who is used to these roads.
It was smoky and very old fashioned. We had a hard time getting answers out of the staff. They had a nice breakfast but no coffee bar area to grab coffee when you wanted.
smelled smoky and a bit old fashioned style for my taste.
Friendly staff, big room and good view. Clean. Quiet. Good parking. All was good
Pool, bar area was very cute and charming. Staff were welcoming and helpful
Aircon was behind couch but did what it needed to cool room down
The property was very clean! Staff were generous and the area is very peaceful with breathtaking views.
The furniture is a little bit old for such property.
Location, pool, breakfast, setting
Tiny tv! Not worth having!Oversized basin in bathroom.
The hotel provides the authentic Italian hamlet experience. The location is wonderful, close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and far enough from the street to provide a peaceful atmosphere. All the gardens and facilities were well kept. The communication through emails was very straightforward and the personnel was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Very clean as well!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is good, with safe and spacious parking. The nature is very beautiful. Breakfast was good.
Room was small and you can hear everything that was happening in a hotel.
Very good breakfast. Overall, a very good value for the price. The staff was very nice & helpful in every way.
A bigger bathroom would have been better.
A nice hotel with a free parking, an outside pool and a tennis court. The breakfast was pretty nice too.
The size of our room was sure less than 18 sq.m as it was promised, it was ~ 15-16 sq.m including a very small bathroom
This is a great option for seeing Lake Como on a budget. The staff was understaffed the day we arrived and still helped us with every aspect of checking in and getting situated. We rented a small boat and the staff helped ahead of time with a recommendation that turned out to be an awesome way to see all the sites around Tremezzo. Also a tennis court on site.
Nothing that I didn't like, the only word of caution, my friend is less mobile and the hotel sits up on a hill a small distance from town. I loved the location, but if you or someone in your group has any mobility problems, be aware that driving to/from town will likely be necessary.
Staff was wonderful - especially the owner/manager. View from the lake-facing room was amazing of the pool and lake. Very peaceful location. Facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a great temperature and very refreshing!
Room was outdated and could use some modernization / a refresh in the design. The AC unit in our room was dripping water (which we alerted the staff to). The intended breakfast assortment was good but was not refilled frequently enough based on guest traffic (even when we were there an hour before breakfast was over).
Good location, only a few minutesdrive to villa varlotta and the ferry to Bellagio
Had high ecoectations but found the place really overpriced. Spacious but quite dated room. Clean but dimly-lit bathroom. Very thin doors to the corridor and quite a lot of sound from the neighbors. AC, but too loud to have it on during the night. Simple breakfast (nice and freshly brewed coffees though).
