- the breakfast i quite boring and there is no aircondition in the rooms
- Very simple room with no wifi in the rooms, the bathroom was a separate room opposite to our room so we had to unlock-lock it every time, some stuff is extra charged at breakfast, 1 boiled egg is 1 euro.
- Room and bathroom were really outdated. Sound isolation was also really poor. Bathroom was also outside of our room.

Very nice place, we felt very welcomed and had a great stay there ! The room was comfortable and the breakfast really good ! Great location also which permited us to enjoy the lake and lots of great restaurants nearby.We recommand !

Older furniture and room equipment, but everything was really clean. If you like authentic italian hotel from past years it is really nice place to enjoy it. We were satisfied with it.
The host was really friendly. The bar until 11 pm was also nice.
