Freshly renovated rooms, comfortable beds, great soundproofing. Breakfast ok.

The pool is a bit dated and the staff seems a bit bored with their job.

The property is well located, the staff of the hotel very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The pool was clean and the restaurant was good, very friendly waiters.

The room had a funny smell and there is a problem with ants. We were in the 3rd floor and still managed to get a nest in one of our luggage. The air conditioner was not working well but the friendly lady of the reception got us a fan that solve it perfectly.

Nice view, and calm surroundings. Plenty of free parking spots.

Most of the sunbeds were broken and general bad WiFi connection. Pool area and stairs were dirty and lot of stuff was laying around. Breakfast ok but would not recommend to eat there for many days. Some of the cheese was not good anymore! Garage was in poor condition. Water everywhere! … and please have in mind that lots of German tourists will arrive in busses and take up space by the pool and restaurant. Furthermore the pool was extremely cold…

Excellent position on lake front. Lovely room with a balcony and lake view. Restaurant was very tasty with a reasonable choice (including vegetarian options) and good value for money. Staff were accommodating and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and may well be back!

Very average hotel.

Badly needs upgrading. Was the poorest quality hotel of our 3 week tour of northern Italy. A lot of tour buses use this hotel, and is mostly set up for that.

Good location, parking space. Got a one-night 70€ deal for two people with breakfast and parking so great value for money.

It is a bit dated and somewhat noisy.

The staff was profi, kind, willing, nice, smiling. We loved all the food. We absolutely loved the view and all the possibilities.

Friendly, welcoming and professional staff throughout the hotel, including the cleaning team. Lovely spacious family room with comfortable beds. Great pool for cooling off and family fun. Lovely food in the restaurant and also from the bar snack menu. Lovely views of the lake and mountains from all the communal areas.

The wellness centre seemed a bit neglected compared to the rest of the hotel. We used it as a family group but it would be better suited to being used by only one person at a time.Balcony was continous, not private, so other guests could walk past our window.

Pool & deck area with many sun loungers & umbrellas. Free parking. Walking distance to many restaurants on lake side. Lake view from our room.

Twin beds when double bed booked. Balcony not private from room nor privacy curtains.

The rooms were big, well air conditioned, with fantastic views of lake garda, the swimming pool was also pretty good, you could choose to swim in the pool or walk 20 m and swim in the lake :) the dinner menu at 12e per person and no charges for kids was real value for money and the food was good, all in all a very nice experience

Wifi or the lack of it almost, maybe because of the location the mobile internet was also not good

After reading other reviews I’ve got an impression that there are old suits and new ones. we were lucky to check in to a new suit, which was amazing. spacious, clean and comfortable

I think it's only in our roombut the door to the small balconyand to the bathroomdid not close and the flush water in the wc was VERY short, they came and managed to fix the balcony door and the water but not the bath room door.the breakfast was ok thoughwas not clear at all where to take what,the guys do not speak English at all,we asked for boiled eggs he showed usFried eggs we tried again to explainbut... so we gave up
