Hotel Pace

Beautiful property - very laid back and friendly. Very walkable to the town center. Did not have to use the car at all & I use portable oxygen.

The only issue were the beds & pillows - Extremely hard-

- The queen bed was two single mattresses out together, so not very comfortable.

I didn’t like the mattresses. In the middle it was a gap between them which was moving if i tried to closed it.

Breakfast was perfect, big choice and good quality of food. Nice terrace.Location is great as well, city next by is beautiful.Beds are comfortable and they give normal duve. If you are lucky you can have amazing view.

Their elevator sometimes was not working, for old people can be problematic.We had 2 rooms per our stay, 2nd one was designed in not practical way, bath door and toilet was located exactly in front of the bed, in addition door was glass, not closing properly.

Hotel location was great in a quiet road removed back from the main road. Room was large with a spare single bed as well as the double. View from the balcony was lovely overlooking the town and the lake. The secure underground parking was great and very good value for money. Staff were very nice and friendly and were very good English speakers. Decor was nice and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. An issue with the shower draining slowly was promptly fixed.

Everything you wanted from a hotel. Clean, good facilities and great location.

Location was perfect. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. Fabulous breakfast.

Some staff were a bit off hand. Food at dinner was poor.

Room Nr. 113, there was no view, you know, and the voices from the kitchen in the early morning, very disruptive

Great food, amazing breakfast, easy walk to the lake

We paid quite a lot of money for a room with balcony. There was no view, the balcony was facing towards to another building. That was the most disapointing thing. There was only option to get a room with balcony. Noone expect such a "no" view. Parking also was not included in the price. They charged us for two days altough we stayed only one night.

Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. Had a great stay , very comfortable , breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and nice to eat out on the terrace.
