Hotel Lido

I didn’t like anything about the hotel except for the location, which was good.The service was very bad from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out.To the extent that my daughter developed a phobia of the people and doesn’t want to visit this city again.For the record, the staff at the hotel café were wonderful and much more helpful.The stay was only for sleeping.

The attitude of the reception staff from the moment we arrived until we left was unacceptable — they only raised their voices, while we were extremely respectful and polite.This caused discomfort during our stay, especially with the hotel’s lack of cooperation regarding certain circumstances.I also noticed a clear difference in how they treated other guests who were not Arab, and that really upset me.

Loation was great. We were within an easy walk of every thing we needed, but it was quiet enough. We actually were at the main Ferry stop which was good. Room overlooking the lake was nice. Balcony was small but good for sitting and with a table.

Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Cooked eggs: scrambled or almost hard boiled. Different cereals including Muesli but not a granola style. Enough fresh veggies, meats, and cheese. Pastries were nice.

We had the room with the side lake view, it was beautiful. Big and comfy room with a huge cabinet. Hotel is near the main road, but with the windows closed it is absolutely peaceful. Breakfast was fine, staff was super nice.

Parking garage is separated and you get charged 12 € / day.It is not something I did not like, it is just good to know.

No facility to make a drink in the room. No bar or service to get a drink after 8.30.

Had a 5 night stay at this great hotel, breakfast was delicious, staff was kind, our room was spacious enough with a lovely view over the lake! Everything is within walking distance. Would definitely come back!

It was a little hard to shut the bedroom door, it opened unexpectedly once in the middle of the night but if you shut it veeeery hard it's okay!

Nothing it was perfect

Fabulous location, right on the banks of Lake Garda and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town.

Nothing - loved it.

The room was spacious, sunny and airy, and was meticulously cleaned each day as and when convenient to us. The staff members were at all times particularly attentive, helpful and anxious to please.

Lovely big room close to the center. Nice big balcony overlooking the lake.

The booking.com photos feature a pool. This does not exist. Also, the hotel is directly opposite the car ferry terminal. Because of this, the balcony gets pretty noisy and has diesel fumes.

Location is perfect, just few minutes walk to the center. Peaceful place, loved Torri el Benaco. We had a room with a lake view, so we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. Definitely will come back.

Breakfast variety could be better , first day all food was cold. But it’s nice to have breakfast outside just by lake.

The place was very clean, the people who worked there very nice and is a perfect location - no at the city center but 5 minutes walk from there. The view of the castle was a very nice touch :)

Everything was great, we have stayed at this hotel before, the only thing that surprised me was that the breakfast used to be much better, now it was very modest, but the beautiful view of Lake Garda improves everything))

Room was large and comfortable. Location central. Staff friendly. Parking good although had to pay extra for it.

The advertised restaurant wasn't open and the substitute recommended was not good value for money. No breakfast available before 8.00am.

View from the room was nice, all the staff was super turbo friendly, so we decided to stay one more night after that

The room had strange smell, maybe it was freshly repainted or something, and maybe from the outside it was little too loud, because of the ferry near our balcony

Perfect location a few minutes walking from the main pedestrian area.Quiet, spacious, silent, and clean room. Underground parking 2 mins away (walking) with comfortable access both for cars and pedestrians (additional 12€ per night).

Air conditioning a bit noisy.Breakfast could be improved.No direct access to the beach.

Nothing major.

The location was perfect as right on the lake. It is within 5 minutes walking distance of the centre of Torri with the shops and restaurants. A much quieter base than the more popular towns but it's easy to travel around.

Good size room with balcony & view of the Lake. Nice cool air conditioning and large modern bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the shore of the lake under the trees. A short walk past the castle and into the town. We liked the location as we were catching the ferry and it was at the doorstep!
