Only a few very small things The bed pillow is a bit strange and not very comfortable for your head Beds very firm ok if you are used to it Small things I know but you asked ?Other than that fantastic hotel and what a breakfast I haven't had that much choice in 5* hotelsAmazing staff to finish off a great stay !!Thanks

Nothing to dislike

Great location, plenty restaurants,bars and the beach a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bedroom was too warm and the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 24degrees. Uncomfortable to sleep because of the heat. Possibly more coat hangers for long stays in the wardrobe would be good.

Excellent location. Room was clean and bathroom was newer. Everything felt upscale and modern. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, croissants, fresh fruit, cereal, cappuccino and more. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Our fourth stay at this hotel, and it won't be our last. Great location with friendly/welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and are a good size with balcony. Beach/restaurants/bars and shops are only a 5-minute walk away. The bonus of this hotel is its roof top pool.

Modern very clean and comfortable rooms.

Lack of facilities in rooms, e.g. kettle and drink making items, no iron, no stationary, no restaurant other than for breakfast and no room service. Poor for a supposedly four star hotel.

Clean and good position

There were no yea and coffee facilities in either room. I had 2 rooms. Eventually after 3 days I had a kettle but not my son in his room. The cups provided were plastic and melted. I should have had proper cup and saucers for a double room in both rooms

Clean modern room

Some of the interior was looking tired, especially the pool area. No where to get a snack or make a cup of tea.

Perfect location for a short stay in Torre Del Mar. Nice clean room. Parking in the street directly outside the hotel.

Excellent location and superb value for money. Allowed us to stay close to the family home but with our own personal space. Friendly staff

The mattress on the beds were not comfortable. Very hard. I ended up putting the duvet on the beds and sleeping on them. Both my daughter and I woke with headache and backache in the morning. Also because it was Christmas and out of season the hotel was empty and obviously facilities were limited every where. We will return in season for sure.

Couldn't get air condoning to work warm only Friockheim but found duvet in cupboard and then was ok

Hotel is located in the centre of the town approx 10 minutes from the beech, also handy for lots of excellent eateries would highly recommend the hotel. breakfast was available as cold European style with cereals and eggs,bacon soft drinks and coffee available. reception,Bar,and chamber maids all helpful

The weather could recommend as a lovely place to visit

Very nice spacious double room with balcony and some sea views large double shower ,accommodating guy on reception ,well located close to beach , nice cafe attached to hotel very helpful for bag storage

New build in progress in front of hotel so a tad noisy ,not really anything the hotel could do anything about

Super comfy beds and great bathroom. The swimming pool was lovely. And the staff were very nice and friendly.

The decoration and style of the reception hall was not the best but the staff there were still amazing
