As always the hotel facilities, location & staff were fantastic. The rooms are comfortable & clean & you would struggle to get a better breakfast selection.

The air conditioning unit in our room seemed a bit old and not functioning very well.

Absolutely central location, and they allowed to keep our bikes on the balcony. The rooms were OK, but felt a bit old, don't expect too fancy.

Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. I was staying as my mum was in the local hospital and the hotel was the perfect location to visit her. I asked if I could stay for extra nights and it was arranged for me straight away. The staff were brilliant.

My room was a little dated with cracked tiles on bathroom floor and air con only blew out warm air but as I wasn’t there for a holiday it didn’t bother me but I guess it might have if it was hotter.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Excellent location, close to the seafront.

Great location. Breakfast adequate. Beds confortable but rooms need to be updated/modernised. Good Wifi signal.

Bed sheets stained (both beds). No housekeeping available after 5pm.- offered to change my own sheets. Toilet constantly running even though someone attempted to fix it. Bar fridge warm. Receptionist seemed reluctant to be helpful.

Very comfortable hotel close to many bars and restaurants and a few hundred meters from the beach. Room well appointed and spotless, friendly staff and (during the off season at least) at a competitive price.

The first room smelt terrible, the toilet was leaking! We were given a different room immediately. And it was fine.

I had a family member in the local hospital and found this hotel when looking for something close by, it was perfect less than a 20 minute walk to the hospital and had lots of shops and supermarkets near by also very close to the beachfront. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful the rooms were clean & comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely hotel, great staff. location for us was perfect, our friends live 10 minutes away. Local restaurants were both very good and many to choose from. parking for old Discovery was perfect.

Lovely hotel, great staff, good breakfast and for us 2 things stood out, car park and location.

We did not have the buffet breakfast as we preferred to walk out.The location of the hotel is ideally situated for shops, restaurants and the beach.The staff very quickly changed our room when the ceiling leaked, due to the awful weather. Obviously, this was not their fault.The cleaning staff did a great job on the rooms.
