The server at the restaurant and bar was amazing. Genuinely takes care of guests and works incredibly hard. The front desk folks are also helpful. Location is very good.

The owner treats hotel guests with disrespect. Picks on small things. Like telling to turn off car engine running for minute( simply trying to map directions) in open air parking. 2. Price. Too costly for value. Coke for $6

A truly unforgettable stay at Hotel Lago??Everything was perfect from the breathtaking lake view to the clean, cozy rooms and peaceful atmosphere.What really made the experience outstanding was the kindness and warmth of the staff. Special thanks to Roberto for his professional and heartfelt service and to the wonderful Bosnian lady from the team (I regret not remembering her name). Her kindness and sincere care made us feel so welcome.The breakfast was fresh and delightful, and the entire stay was full of beautiful moments.Thank you all for such a lovely memory I will definitely come back again soon, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Como.

Beautiful property with a great restaurant and courteous staff. Ample parking, steps from the bus stop and convenient to Nesso and Bellagio were a plus.

A bit tough to walk down to town due to the crazy drivers on the road and narrow spots, but that’s Lake Como…

Everything was perfect! Roberto and his daughters helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly when we arrived. Our room was beautiful, spacious, modern, comfortable and smelled so good. The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant that had a veranda and a sunroom facing the lake. It was very beautiful. The next morning, we were delighted to see the colorful, fresh, delicious breakfast spread. We enjoyed the food so much. The hotel also had a parking space. I would definitely recommend Hotel Lago to anyone asking for a place to stay around Lake Como. Please keep up the good work! We would love to come back one day.

Everything was awesome and Giorgio and Riccardo were outstanding making sure every need was addressed. Super modern new construction with smart rooms that were designed impeccably. We had a lake view that was breathtaking, and our bed faced the lake. It is hard to take your eyes off of the view.

Exceptional from beginning to end. No words can describe the view, the food and the service. True Italian cuisine, best we had on our trip. Secure parking and a stunning drive to Como. Thank you to Roberto and the team. We appreciate your hospitality and will be sure to return. Grazie mille!

My experience was phenomenal.The location, the view, the food, the staff , everything was just extraordinary. Roberto, Sylvia, Ricardo, Giorgio , Daniel, Maria, everybody was just fantastic ! Definitely coming back and definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone !

Nothing to dislike

Our staying in this hotel was exceptional because of the great staff how they welcomed us with big smile and asking us everytime when we pass through the reception if we need something with smile. The room was as same as the picture with the beautiful view. Highly recommended and definitely I will come back to como and will stay in this hotel. I want to say Thank you so much and Grazie ??

Right on Lake Como. Beautiful hotel, modern clean with great amenities.

Not easy getting into the hotel from the main road. No pool. Expensive

Room was perfect. So clean great shower and linens. Breakfast was amazing and all staff so delightful and helpful. Truly went out of their way to be sure we were taken care of.

It was quite hard to find anything to criticize.

Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was pleasant helpful.

Location is not great. Very difficult to get to/from Como and Bellagio. No concierge to help so you are very much on your own once you are there.

It was in a great location, amazing staff who go above and beyond. Ricardo, Roberto and Vivienne were incredible. The hotel has been beautifully designed and everything is spotless and elegant. The beds are so comfy, soft pillows, incredible views and bonissimo food !
