Weird shower.... But got used to it.

Frat location, wonderful breakfast included. Loved the design concept with each room on a different theme.

The hotel is very centrally located. The staffs were friendly, the breakfast was good, and both the room and bathroom were very clean.

The room was noisy. You could hear noise from the other room, and housekeeping staff were talking outside the door from 8 a.m. onwards

The staff was polite, the room was comfortable even though it was small. We had hot water, the WI-FI connection was good and the breakfast was tasty. We stayed for only one night, but everything went well, we had no issues.

The only thing that caught us off guard was the fact that the elevator does not work after 8 pm when the reception closes, so we had to take the stairs. It would have been great to know this in advance as we thought it was broken.

Everything was beautiful and clean. They even prepared us some breakfast for the road, which was really helpful and great.

The room is a bit small but for 1 night there is no problem.

The hotel is in a fairly modern (or modernised) building just opposite the municipal market building. The area is very quaint and has easy access on foot to the canal side walks that Aveiro is famous for. We arrived on a Sunday and there was a street market in full swing - lots of antiques and collector's bits all over. Our room was a good size and had a small balcony which was ideal for having a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was a buffet style meal and it was very good with nearly everting being freshly made and of very good quality , cold meats, cheese, pasteries, yogurt, coffee, juices etc etc.

The breakfast, the location, the service, and the cozy room all contributed to making the experience enjoyable.

Overall, the experience was positive, although there were some issues. Notably, the mattress was very uncomfortable and I had to use all the pillows to support my back. A comfortable mattress should be a fundamental component of any hotel.

It could be a bit cleaner but nothing serious (hair on my sheets, a bit moldy shower) and on my check out day the water coming out of pipes was yellow (suppose it's not hotel's fault). The breakfast is okay, nothing more.

The rules! Reception is closed at 8:00 pm and do not open till 8:00 am. Neither the elevators work. Nobody in the building. This is unbelievable!!!! We are alone and “closed” in the hotel during 12 hours. This habe to change!!!!

The room was comfortable and clean, and a great value for the money! It’s also in a very central location and just a short walk away from the main walking streets.
