Modern, good elevator and very nice staff.

Everything was great.

Friendly staff and cleanliness.

No wash clothes, but we found this to be pretty typical on our travels.

Excellent location, wonderful staff. So convenient to be able to pop back to the room throughout the day.

The rooms were very small and did not look like the photos.

Amazing location, very nice breakfast and everyone was extremely nice.

The room was disappointing. It was very small and dark, with almost no natural light. When I opened the window, loud noise and unpleasant smells came in, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Our room was very spacious. Bathroom could have been a little larger, especially the vanity/sink. Breakfast was exceptional with lots to choose from. Loved the fresh fruit! The location was ideal. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and museum. Love our gondola ride.

Just needed more room in the bathroom.

The hotel is amazing. In the center of the main attraction and in downtown. The hotel is very modern.The rooms was very cleaner, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom good and clean.The location was amazing, go walking to dinner and to go around the city main spot.The staff supported us to park the car and was very friendly.The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel, lovely big rooms, friendly and helpful staff, we loved the lounge areas which gave our group of friends a place to rest in the afternoon together. The breakfast was lovely.

The coffee at breakfast was terrible. Most of the hotels in Portugal we stayed out had awful coffee so I think it's just the norm but it was the only low. We loved our stay here.

The location was perfect. The canal was right outside the window. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Parking garage across the street.

Shower was small.

The fact that I had to ask for room service or ask for clean towels and toilet paper did not please me

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was central to the activities there, and the hotel was charming!

I can’t think of a single complaint.

It was very well located, love the area, parking was good, Patricia de desk staff was very helpful and lovely, breakfast was great.

The room smell was bad for me, it was clean, but may be because it is an old building? It drove crazy. No outlet for the phone on one side of the nightstand, or around the room. Only one outlet by one nightstand and we had to unplug the desk lamp to plug the other phone

Great location near to city center easy access to tourist sites and restaurants. Very helpful staff
