Location, cleanliness, spacious

The room was comfortable and cleaned, with a nice breakfast. The staff was very friendly a the location was perfect.

There was no parking place, but understandable as the location is directly in the center and there were easy options to park for free very near by.

Conveniently located,very good breakfast.

The elevator is very small. There’s not enough space for two people and their luggage.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room with lots of facilities. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city and close to many good restaurants!

We loved the room and the location. Easy walk to the beach and close to bars and restaurants.

The bed was horrible! way to hard, felt like we were sleeping on the floor. This hotel would have been perfect if not for the bed! Everything else was great.

Quite noisy early in the morning

For us the location was perfect, as walkable to the old town and glorious city park.Very comfy room and great aircon for keeping us warm. Breakfast buffet to our taste - a machine to make fresh orange juice was a first for us!All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Next time we shall book a room NOT over looking the canal as there was a lot of outside noise.

Everything was first class. The room was not large but had everything required and more. Next time in Portugal we will allow more time here. Cannot go wrong staying here.

Nothing. Don’t be afraid of the small elevator. It works fine and the staff is very attentive to it’s usage.

Breakfast is fairly small but still very nice. The road next to the hotel can be a bit noisy at night but of course that's not the hotel's fault - maybe consider this before choosing the room with canal view.

Lovely small hotel within walking distance to the center of Aveiro. Comfortable rooms (and great pillows!), nice bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Tea & coffee facilities in room with complimentary biscuits and water. Breakfast was good, some hot food and the usual continental foods.

There could have been a little more selection of hot breakfast food but still a decent choice considering the price per night for the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful

The "river view" was more of a partial view, positioned in a corner and facing a road. Unfortunately, the windows weren’t soundproof, and I woke up multiple times to loud music from cars and partying—it was a Saturday night, to be fair, but I’m usually a deep sleeper. The hotel itself is nice but quite basic and, in my opinion, overpriced for what it offers. I would consider staying here again, but only at half the price I paid.

I felt for a hotel like this, they could have had more awareness of the environment. For example, the breakfast generated too much waste. The coffee machine used pods when I know there are machines that use beans. The yogurt came in plastic. Butter pat was in plastic. At the end of breakfast, I had a plate of trash.

I also thought for a hotel of this supposed caliber, the staff could have spoken functional English.

Close to everything. Right on the canal. Good room with excellent shower. Breakfast was delicious, we loved the fresh orange juice machine. Staff was kind & helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations of delicious places to eat. Highly recommend!!

There was construction happening right next to our room in the neighboring building that woke us up quiet early.

The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was well-prepared, offering a wide variety of options to start the day, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, turkey ham, and scrambled eggs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist. Initially, I wasn't happy with the room arrangement made through Booking.com, but the receptionist kindly helped us switch to a much more comfortable option, which my family and I appreciated. Parking isn’t the easiest to find, but there are paid options available nearby.

One downside was the parking situation. It can be difficult to find a spot, and paid parking options are the only choice nearby.

The breakfast was excellent. The Location was excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable, just a little on the small side.
