The location was great.The staff was kind and helpful.

it should be labeled continental breakfast, it was a very basic breakfast. we thought we would get hot food like eggs and bacon

the self serv check in was all impossible, no english and very difficult to understand. not all employees spoke english whick was tough

In the town center, walking distance to restaurants, canal, etcetera. Rooms have balconies. Very clean.

Odors from housekeeping waft up the open staircase. No parking available and mid-day desk person not really helpful in that respect. (Young woman manning the desk in the evening was, however, very helpful…)

Great location. Room was very nice. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast started too late. Carpet old and damp. Didn’t want to walk barefooted. Moisture on the walls. Small room. Very little room to walk from one end of room to the other. Musty snarls when I walked in. AC helped a bit.

Toxic chemical doused room, very dirty.

Was a spacious room with a large balcony. The location was very central. The staff made us a lunch bag for the following day as we were leaving before breakfast opened.

The location was great and the room was clean.

There was some mold on the ceiling and it smelled like chemicals which were probably used to remove the mold.

Overall feel of hotel was good, location was excellent, bedding and bathroom were clean. Breakfast juices, coffees, jams and breads were really good.

Mattress was a bit saggy in the middle and the breakfast cold cut meat was ordinary and the same everyday. You need to put bottle opener and glasses in the rooms as its not always possible to find someone who can get them for you.

Very close to the main attractions. Good varied breakfast included in the price and the staff were constantly refilling all the options.

The bath was very slippy, it needs a mat in the bottom.

The location was nice. Loud but nice. Coffee was nice in the morning.

There is no airflow in the room. It got very humid and stale. We could hear everything the people beside us were doing. Very thin walls

Excellent coffee during breakfast. Good value for the money.

In the room you could hear other hotel guests and the elevator outside. No heating in the bathroom.
