Clean, spacious and the staff was amazing. The free breakfast was perfect.

Location was great. Close to the boats. Although finding food is hard where it was located. But I know it was nice.

The garage is so tiny small. Definitely be careful if you're going in the garage I might have to do a 10-point turn. But going on I recommend it

Breakfast was very good. Room was very spacious and comfortable. There was private parking.

The air conditioning did not work and the elevators were broken and there was no mention of these things in the marketing material about the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Also great restaurant recommended just up the road ‘ courage’ About 10-15 min walk to milder part of the town. Great free safe parking if you have a car

Most of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Good location, near the center within walking distancie from the hotel, while being on quiet street.

To start, the first room we were assigned didn't have a working TV, no WiFi, and even our cell phones almost didn't have signal. In a cheaper hotel this wouldn't have been a problem, but makes no sense for such an expensive hotel to have such a lack of comodities. Nevertheless, the lady receptionist was very nice and assigned us a new room. In this new room the problems above were solved, but for some reason we started to smell smoke coming from the ventilation/ac system. We were worried, so when we asked a male receptionist why this was happening, he denied the situation (before even checking the room) trying to gaslight us into believing that it was impossible for the room to smell of smoke. Eventually, after we kept insisting that the smell was real, another staff member went with us to the room and confirmed the smell of cigarete smoke. We ended up sleeping with the windows open, and again, not expeting this from a four star hotel.

Very clean and the rooms not too small. Staff helpful and polite. Very well situated, everything within walking distance.

The coffee was awful. No facilities for tea or coffee in room. Only minimal complimentary toiletries

Breakfast set is nice. Service is excellent. Parking is allowed at the reserved area in front of the hotel.

It was comfortable,quiet and well located. Had good parking and an excellent breakfast that catered for all tastes.

Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good, but the cleanliness of the rooms was not as good as expected.

Lovely friendly staff, ample free parking. Hotel is a short walk to the centre.

The main receptionist we checked in with was exceptional. The main breakfast lady was very keen and friendly. Good parking. Decent breakfast. Room fine if a little worn and tired. Ok location. Bed was super comfy.

Room has seen better days, worn at the edges. Air-con made the room smell stale, so we left the window open most of the time which was much preferable.

There were ants on my room. It is something that can happen, but i did not receive any excuse

A good hotel not very far from the old town. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast included. Quite spacious corridors on the floors (was convenient for me, because I had to work out in the corridor not to disturb the sleep of my family in our room). Friendly and helpful staff.

The parking [even though it’s good that the hotel has one] is terrible. Especially if your car is larger than a regular one. It’s very narrow. We scratched our car while entering it. And it took us about 20 minutes to safely drive out.Another disadvantage is that no reusable cups or glasses are offered in the rooms.
