It could have a better toilet paper.

Comfy beds, good location.

In one room the bed was too big for the room plus you had to carry bags down a stair. The other room was comfortable. Hotel parking was too hard to reach. We parked on the street.

My friends brought me breakfast in my room because there was no area to take my dog.

It is a big hotel that says it is pet friendly but it isn't. It should not advertise as pet friendly. I was charged an extra 15 euros per night and he couldn't go anywhere in the hotel other than the bedroom.

Nice hotel in the center of Aveiro. walking distance to nearby shopping center, to the old town and nearby local streets and shops. Very spacious room, also very clean. The balcony was a welcoming surprise even though it was still February.

Sadly there is no included parking, so you need to leave your car nearby and walk with the bags, but the hotel has a parking card you can buy for a daily fee.We did not like that on the corridor there was a heavy smell of cigarretes.

Beakfast was exception, had two rooms close to eacdh pother cause of the kids and was fantastic

Check In time is late esecially for those arriving from far in the morning

Breakfast was good and situated on the 6th floor, with fantastic views over Aveiro

interior was a bit outdated, felt more like 90s movie set rather than actual hotel. But that said, it still felt clean and well maintained.

Staff were friendly and professional and went the extra mile to meet our needs. Our room and hotel in general was spotlessly clean! The mattresses were firm and bedlinen was traditional old school style with sheets and blankets which we liked as it was similar to sleeping under a weighted blanket!

Breakfast was ok, great coffee but not a lot of choices.

The check in woman was wonderful and helpful, although not sure why parking was advertised for 10 euros and then they told us to park in garage for 12.

Needs to be up graded carpeting. one Electrical outlet didn’t work and other was behind heavy furniture! Safe did not work in room. No bucket for ice or refrigerator! No way of reaching staff without cell phone QR code! Breakfast buffet food that was supposed to be hot was room temperature!

Breakfast was the usual buffet continental breakfast… not exciting, but ok. The location was perfect…

No lounge or bar to relax … only restaurant… but not a relaxing space .

Communication was tough. They did not respond to questions about our reservation. I contacted several times of wanting 2 twin beds and couldn’t get it straight.

Considering the price, it was a solid choice. The hotel isn't the most modern, but it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's rest, which is always a priority for me.The standout feature of this hotel is the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality made the stay enjoyable.The location is fantastic, being very close to most major points of interest, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it's a great option if you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with good service and a prime location.

Great location minutes from the centre and pedestrian areas, excellent value for money, lovely rooftop cafe for breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, large, spacious bedroom & bathroom, would definitely stay here again

For a three-star hotel & for the price, I really couldn't fault it. The decor and furniture are about dated but that's okay

The bathrooms are in need of a renovation and my bathroom sink was clogged up. the problem was solved the next day.

The staff were all very nice and polite and the accommodations were appreciated.

The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was very clean. On top of that, you couldn’t get a better location.

Protein part of the breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had. The rest was light and tasteful.
