What a wonderful room! And lovely owner! The location is amazing! Don't let the shared bathroom put you off...it was wonderful and clean. Lovely room. Better than the hotels I had stayed in.

I was very much surprised with the upgrade which is in the opposite side of the same block! Yes, there are long stairs to climb but the room is air-conditioned with very spacious kitchen and common area. Cleanliness is good and room is natural-lighted. But the upgrade probably renders my review less meaningful as people most likely won't be in the same premise as mine.
Staff will come show you the room and left, but they respond to messages. Anyways, most things are self-explanatory.
Check-in was smooth
The hygene of the bathroom was disgraceful. There was mold everywhere: walls, ceiling, shower mat, curtain and on the walls. The toilet brush was beyond disgusting and the kitchen as well.
Hugo was very helpful. I arrived quite late, as I was riding my bicycle and had a little trouble with my maps. The room was big and the bed was comfortable, and I love the balcony over the street. The bathroom was big and clean. Thank you, thank you.

very cheap and worn furnitures despite the price, absolute diregard for the details, shared bathroom, matress was too soft, lots of light leaking from windows preventing good sleep in the morning
Convenient location.
Kitchen facilities were very basic. Only one electric hotplate, no plates or bowls, microwave or hot water kettle. Dirty container/cutlery of previous guest was left on the sink for the duration of my stay.
