Location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful building

There are varius room types, not always you get exactly as in the pictures. The metal beds were noisy

Appreciated the included breakfast, as well as the nice communal space. Also, big thanks for lending locks to those that don't have them! They allowed luggage storage for arriving early or leaving late. Maps, etc, were available. Wifi worked well, staff was kind, showers were hot, all around very pleasant stay.

Nothing too impactful. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable but not all that bad. A 10/10 would have provided towels and curtains for the beds but, then again, the cost of the hostel wasn't that much so I totally understand.

I love everything there!The design, the room, the equipment, the breakfast, all perfect.Though it is three beds horizontally, because Portugal has high floor height, still okay.Since that night, I was the only one in the 3 bed room, so I had the entire room, which was much valued than the price. The living room was so well designed. It has cake during the day time! Sure coffee and tea! Living there, is even more comfortable than going to the crowed cafe in the main small square, especially at a windy rainy cold autumn day. Breakfast was soooo good! Had everything! Is same level as 3 stars hotel in Rotterdam.

Everything was a notch above expectations. The lounge was eclectic and comfy. The breakfast had some extras. The place was in very goodRepair.

The place was great

Problem is that I asked booking for places that includes breakfast and the manager said that it was not listed. The same problem happened few days before with another client. Since the breakfast was not included, I already asked booking for a credit for the two breaksifwsat that was missing.

Great staff. Absolutely fabulous breakfast for the price. Great location. Great value for money. The three bunk bed had plenty of height at top bed and felt airy and the room had its own bathroom. The staff let me borrow a lock (which I had forgotten).

The bunks in the 3 bunk bed didn't have shelves to put glasses /telephone (needed for light).

The location was very central to the old town and canals. The facilities were clean and well presented. The complimentary breakfast was a nice start to the day.

In places space is tight eg, bedroom and bathroom but it is ok

The location was near to everything but far enough away from the rogue noise of a busy night, so the sleep was wonderful. The breakfast was a great bene staying here. The living room was awesome to hang out in.

Very little to complain about. This is a great place to stay.

The guys at reception were helpful and friendly!I did not enjoy the sleeping arrangement in the 8 bed dormitory. All the beds are very close to eachother not hunks and noPrivacy.. no curtains. I was the only female in the room placed with 5 other men! If Im honest i didn’t feel very safe! One guy cane in very late and snored his head off- very noisy so i didn’t get much rest.I wouldn’t stay there again because of the room configuration

I loved this hostel! Stayed here for 2 nights/3 days Met some cool people here too :) The beds were comfy enough and felt private despite the size of the dorm. I like that you can set your own codes for the lockers. There were only two showers for the whole room, yet everything flowed nicely even on busy nights. GREATLY appreciated the free coffee, tea, cookies, etc. They even have decaf coffee for my night work shifts!

No stove/oven, but otherwise the kitchen is well equipped.

Dorm are not really proposing intimity

Very nice looking hostel - from the outside and the inside. The atmosphere is nice, the kitchen is amazing and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The location is also perfect, close to everything. Breakfasts are a nice bonus.

The front desk staff was friendly

There was a shady looking guy from Pakistan who first told me to keep it down as I have arrived late I had to place my luggage somewhere, the heater was switched on and it was suffocating when I checked the switch it was extremely hot, burned my finger but I am certain if it would have left on there would be a fire, plus the shady guy was asking too many questions when clearly I wasn't interested in answering any, had to use headphones to send a message across politely. I know it's not nice to disturb someone but as much as I try there would be a little noise. Furthermore in the room there was a person snoring super loud. Overall the experience was terrible

Breakfast was really satisfying and with a great variety. Staff was super friendly.Super clean and well located.
