Couldnt be worse too many ants Nd you need to do hiking and be really fit to reach to your room.

It was not only beautifully decorated but they had additional amenities like the spa, gym and hair salon which are not as common

I wished they had a bigger room service or late night menu but the food was delicious

Location and modern building architecture

Poor cleanliness. Breakfast is average, there are a lot of insects, and the furniture needs to be renewed. It could be much better.

Some sunbefs broken ( fixed after I reported it ) Some staff were more friendly and genuine than others but all were polite

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Food was excellent and service exceptional. All staff were polite, engaging and willing to assist and help help and recommendations on locations and places to visit.

Apart from great breakfast, lunch and dinner food choices are limited (appear to be targeting Americans)

We loved everything about the property, the rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The amenities were great, the breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staffing issues. The staff were excellent but there not enough with other major functions taking place at the hotel. The guests were kept waiting for service.

I like very much the swimming and the size of the room ! Perfect if a group of 3 persons

I didn’t like Elios restaurant

Free room upgrade to a bungalow with a pool! That was a lovely start to the holiday! Very grateful!

Whilst the staff are lovely and friendly , it’s not 5 star service . Shouldn’t ever have to ask for wine / ashtray 4-5 at times at dinner before it’s served . Couple of cases the food came before the wine did . Sell yourself (and charge ) as 5 star - be 5 star . It’s quite a few minor things but it’s the difference between being very good and excellent .

The room and the entire resort was wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like was the driver who took me to the airport. I'm not sure if he worked for the resort, but I requested a driver through the resort. On the drive to the airport, when he figured out I was American, he talked about a vulgar meme ("hawk tuah girl") in front of my wife and two underage daughters, proceeded to get very political out of nowhere, and then concluded the drive by mentioning Andrew Tate. It was a very distasteful conclusion to what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

The room was excellent and really loved the private pool.

Price of taxis to get places made location not perfect but still good.

The staff was incredible lead by the manager, Rafael. Fantastic hospitality and made our large groups transitions so smooth. I’ve never had better service and I travel weekly for business. I’ll definitely be back.

It was immaculate

Beautiful hotel, great pool, great spa, great gym, great coffee, good food.

Location. But this was known and organising transfers was easy.

The surroundings of the hotel were amazing. It was so tranquil and relaxing

We loved Nous! I really appreciated our beautiful huge room with so many thoughtful touches like yoga mats and two different brightness settings for the lights, as well as our lovely private pool. The staff was super nice and helpful and the main pool and spa pool were both stunning. The breakfast buffet was really tasty with a wonderful variety. The gym was also really nice and well equipped.

If I had to pick something I think my only complaint might be the location because we didn’t realize it wasn’t practical/safe to walk to/from Fira (we knew it was a longish walk but not that there weren’t really sidewalks) and traveling around via taxi was a bit expensive. But everything else was wonderful! The hotel isn’t located on the water so there isn’t as much of a view but I felt like the pools and space made up for that.
