We were received by hotel employee, he is the jewel of this hotel as he was warm and very welcoming. The manager was super helpful, the staff and hotel employee took great care of us and made us feel at home. Overall most amazing hotel experience!

The location, overlooking the sea, is superb. Photos can’t capture how wonderful it is! It isn’t too large so it feels quite private even with other guests there. The staff was incredibly kind and the free shuttles into Fira and a nearby beach were a wonderful addition. We loved our stay!

Very nice staff. When they learned about our early leaving time (before breakfast time) they prepared breakfast boxes for us so we could take in on our way out. Amazing view from balcony.

Friendly attentive staff (info, helped with luggage, arranged very reasonably priced pickup from airport, etc.) The junior suites are spacious. #1 has walk-in shower, perfect and safe for my parents. Lovely serene interior. Superb breakfast custom made with good selection to choose from. Pool has ocean view. Shampoo/body wash are in environmentally friendly containers. The location is tucked away so very quiet. Very easy to get to by car so no need to haul luggage by foot through the alleys and up/down stairs like in Oia and Fira. Only 15 suites so not crowded or noisy.

I wish the honeymoon suite had more space inside (a bit too much outdoor patio). All faucet waters are salty. The location is a bit out of the way without a car, but the staff tried their best to give us rides in addition to their regular shuttle service.

When they heard it was both our Anni and my husband’s birthday they Shri us and upgraded us to the best resort on the island- Avaton suits where we were treated like royalty. The place is amazing, location wise, the room the spa and the employees there were so devot to pamper us. This is a dream resort and the fact that we were upgraded to a thrice more expensive resort ( which has the same owner ) free of charge just to make us happier on out special days moves me again and again ever time I watch the pics

The hotel staff are super nice and will help with anything. Breakfast is ordered daily and served in your room each morning, all reasonable requests fulfilled. The location is great, beautiful sunset views, nice pool area with outdoor showers. Each room has a patio to watch the sunset, and the location is a short drive or taxi away from all the popular tourist destinations.

Not much. This hotel is really nice, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the people are super friendly. I strongly recommend.

Excellent location and view. Staff are wonderful. They really go out of their way to make everything perfect. They also offer so many services and willing to arrange sightseeing and transfers.

The view of the caldera and sea from our balcony was unbelievably magnificent and magical. We saw some spectacular sunsets. In addition, the staff brought our breakfast to the room so we could eat on the balcony. Great selection for the breakfast and the food was lovely and plentiful. Excellent hospitality and the staff members were stellar. They went above and beyond to make our stay fun and wonderful. Appreciated that they had a free shuttle to Fira and to Perivolos Beach. Loved the decor in the room and the towels were plush and luxurious. The little town of Megalochori was within walking distance and everywhere I looked I wanted to take a photo. The town is so charming, beautiful and picturesque. Many thanks to Kyriakos (I believe that was the Manager’s name), Sebastian, Princess and Georgios who were so warm and welcoming and made our stay so heavenly. I was sad to leave and hope to be back soon.

Caldera's Dolphin Suites saved our entire vacation! They took a last minute booking for 5 rooms and accommodated us seamlessly. It's truly such a dream. The rooms are very clean and feel really brand new. They were also very large and most included a table and additional seating area as well as a desk and chair. We didn't see a speck of dirt or any bugs anywhere. The facilities like the pool and cafe / bar were amazing too! So easy to get drinks and water. The view is also incredible of course. We would highly recommend it. We've stayed at several places in Santorini and I can say it's the best we've seen. They also have a dedicated reception that was able to help with laundry and other requests.

The lighting was a bit dim in some areas but that was okay because opening the blinds fixed that :)

Staff, cleanliness and one of the nest breakfast I have ever eaten.

The rooms were excellent with beautiful views. Breakfast was amazing. And the parking was right I front of our room which was great.

It’s clean and they do house cleaning everyday which is great. Breakfast was good and they serve to your room on time, however after a while we got bored because of the same choices again & again. Nice pool and adequate gym. Very friendly staffs and great hospitality. Nice quiet area far from Oia so you get much privacy.

We got room 15 with the hot tub and caldera view and paid almost €1200 for 5 nights but the the room we had was extremely small, 20 metre square to be exact. We brought a checked in luggage and there was not much space to leave it and for us to maneuver around. It was not comfortable for 5 nights. I gave it a 5/10 because it’s really not worth the money we paid, which we know it was mainly for the caldera view and the hot tub. So one evening we set up the hot tub nicely with wine and drinks excited to watch the beautiful Santorini sunset. However much to our disappointment, the wall to the left actually blocked our view of the sun when it started to set around 6.30pm so we can’t even see the sun actually set!!! We felt really sad! That’s the reason for the 5/10 score.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and amazing view from the room. The room is clean and modern amenities with some character you'd want from an island vacation. For me, this is exactly where I wanted to be, a great jumping point between events and tours.

If you don't have a car or you want to be in the middle of the tourist area, this isn't the location for that.

Everything. Excellent location close to Megalochori and bus stop, staff were so friendly, free shuttle bus, amazing view and room was spotlessly clean.

Very tiny things, as it was amazing. Pillows could have been better (firmer) and pool could have been warmer. Also would be great if hair conditioner was providedBut we are really being picky here as you asked - these are tiny things.

Beautiful views that never get old, friendly staff, good quality food and drinks, relaxing pool area and balcony, breakfast service. Hotel facilties access after check out.

Used earbuds in bathroom on arival. Noisy dehumidifier constantly on in room. The room was very small. There were no 'Do Not Disturb' signs for doors, which gives uncertainties to when staff enter without notice/knocking.
