    Pros +

    • We loved the salt water infinity pool and friendly staff, particularly the lovely Vasso. The grounds are gorgeous and well-kept. The views are stunning.
    • The room was incredible! We stayed in the two story suite and it was super nice! The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is beyond polite and helpful! The facilities are nice and the pool is a huge plus!
    • The room was really nice and really spacious and modern. Also the staff was super friendly. The overall facilities of the place was nice and in general very kids friendly.

    Cons -

    • All hotel restaurants were closed on Monday evenings, which we didn't realize until dinner time on the Monday of our stay. Also, the hotel is misleadingly NOT on Hydra Island, as I thought it was, based on the name.
    • The food was really disappointing! I know its a buffet and its hard to cook for so many people but I hope they can do a bit better in the future!
    • The food was really sub-par. It was fresh and the selection was good but unfortunately the quality was really poor even for a buffett.

The beach, the restaurant and the room.

No facilities to rinse your feet before you enter your room.

perfect food, cozy place, and nice territory

a bit of a lack of environment, no warm swimming pool

The location is amazing. The grounds beautiful and well kept. The staff nice and very helpful. Fantastic place for families. Even minor complaints were dealt with immediately.

The quality of the food was inconsistent. Some meals were awesome while others were mediocre or less. The rooms were clean but not so much the porches. There were glitches that needed fixing, like blinking bathroom light or nonfunctional TV

The overall environment, the beach and the surrounding islands is just beautiful

Ants in the balcony, ants in the room, you spend your time fighting ants

We recently spent our holidays at this hotel and overall had a pleasant stay.Positive impressions:The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that really makes a difference. The food is very good, especially lunch and dinner, which offered a nice variety and quality dishes. Our room was located near the water and had a wonderful view, just a few steps from the sea – truly a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed a trip to Ermioni, a beautiful seaside village nearby, which we would highly recommend.

Points for improvement:Breakfast was disappointing, as it was the same every day with little variety. Some of the excellent spreads and options served at lunch could easily be introduced at breakfast to make it more enjoyable. On the beach, there is only one shower available, and you need to walk to reach it – for a five-star hotel, we expected more convenient facilities closer to the beach itself.Another issue was the large number of cats around the property. Many looked hungry and were being fed by tourists, which created a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere. Dinner time could also feel chaotic: there were many children and croudy, and unfortunately, a lot of food waste, with people taking large amounts of food they didn’t finish. We feel the hotel should take some measures to encourage more responsible behavior. Finally, the entertainment was very poor, with little to no real activities or events happening in the evenings. For a hotel of this category, more engaging entertainment would have been appreciated.Overall:This hotel has many strengths – cleanliness, location, views, and excellent lunch and dinner. With a few improvements in breakfast variety, beach facilities, entertainment, and food waste management, it could truly live up to its five-star potential.

The beach was very nice. The kids had a lot of funThe trees provided shade, which helped avoid excessive sun exposure

The food was below average. Only a few cooked dishes were decent (not impressive, but acceptable).Limited “healthy” food options for kids. While the staff were polite and carried out their duties, they did not create the joyful and welcoming atmosphere typically expected from hotel or bar service. The experience overall did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. There was no structured kids program. The only activity offered was a kids’ disco at 21:30.

The location is fantastic. Great beach, calm waters, nice environment and the food was OK

I got the impression that the place was running on the autopilot without anyone really being interested in their guests having great hospitality. We visited in August and many of the umbrellas at the beach were torn and the sunbeds in bad condition.People were just doing their jobs without really being interested to fulfill the 5 star hotel experience. They were clearly not that happy working there. This was not the 5 star experience I was expecting when prepaying for my stay.

Starting from welcome till good buy nothing corresponde with standards and money you will give. They hide behind protocols to avoid five star standards. The hotel is outdated, service is old school, sour smiles which do not help you to solve problems whith which you will face when you come. The food doesn't have any taste and it's served like in army conditions.DANGEROUS objects are treats to your kids on any spot of the hotel in swimming pool was broken glass and my kids cutted few times during swimming. In rooms smaller kid was sleaping on futon and was bite so many time from some small insects, we just hope thatthese are not bad bugs othervise we will sue hotel. At the end I can say that management is paid to less vs.complains and situations they should solve on daily level, because everyone around us was complaining everyday, so don't be one of them

The pool was great (but with salty water) and a private beach. Pretty beautiful surroundings.Tasty watermelon and melon, and pretty good wine.Great view from the restaurant and the bar on the beach.

The room was located on the hill and far away from all the facilities. The water supply was interrupted twice for half a day so you had to use the toilet by the pool or in the lobby Always missing towels in the room.Restaurant ala carte has food offerings worse than what is provided in the buffet. I really doubt that the chef has ever tasted Italian cuisine. In the evenings there was a smell of the sewage all over the territory. The variety of food was very poor. Every day the same pasta, salads and some meat.Parking was full so you had to park by the road. The distance from the airport is quite time consuming and takes up to 3 hours to get there, the final 30 kilometers are really bad. There is nothing much to do around the area except several small grocery shops, taverns with fresh fish, winery and olive oil factory.

It was very green and the rooms are very spacious.

It really needs a full renovation. The buildings are very old, it is understaffed, the food is not very good but you can find something that you will like and the beach is not good at all as it is rocky. Lastly we found hair in the food as per the photo provided.

Everything was at reach, the beach, the pool, the spa, the restaurant and the staff of course! Mrs Papadimitriou and his colleague Vasilis made our stay beyond memorable as they always made sure that our staying was pleasant from the check in till the check out and we had everything at hand before we even asked for it! These two are great team and very an asset regarding the property personnel!

The beach isn’t my favorite one but the rest of the facilities make up for it.

Spacious and clean rooms. Various activity options. And great view of Hydra.

There were very limited options for snacks during the day (just one type of sandwich and one type of wrap) and the kids did not like any of them. There were insufficient chairs and tables at the beach bar (which was the only one serving ice cream) so you ended up getting an ice cream and did not have a place to sit and eat it.There was plenty of food during meal hours at the restaurant but the food quality was not great. The water in the rooms was not warm and that would not be a huge problem for the adults after a warm day but for children it's not that great to have a shower in cold water.

    7YehudaPosted on: 7-22-2025

The resort is beautiful, and the pool and private beaches are really great places to relax in the water and the sun. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and environment were clean, and the food was good. Activities in the hotel helped keep our kids busy and engaged, and tired at the end of the day. Good for a family vacation with kids.

We couldn't get beach or pool towels for 2 days, as every time we came to the pool to ask for towels we were told there weren't any. Even after ordering in advance for a few hours ahead and asking to reserve, we returned and they were all out again. When we arrived to our room the fruit platter we received was rotten. The staff came and quickly removed the plate, but didn't replace it with a new one. The showers in our room had almost no water pressure, and after calling the front desk and having a technician, we were told it's because our room is too high up. After 24 hours and multiple visits and calls to the front desk, we were upgraded to a bungalow further down closer to the beach, where the water pressure was much better.

Big hotel, a lot of food, very big swimming pool, kind personnel, nice benches. There are small electric cars for moving from one side to the other.

The toilet paper is recycled. The food is tasty but for a 5-star it could be better. The parking area is not small it is average but it is located in a field. The night entertainment is poor.

the resort overall: the greenery, the beach, the facilities ...

waiting line on the beach bar and the pool bar

    7GioulaPosted on: 6-9-2025

The location was great. Very nice beach. Clean rooms. The pool area was ok and also the night bar had good music.

It wasn't all inclusive. During daytime only specific cocktails, beer and hot coffee was included at the all inclusive rate. Iced coffee was served with extra charge. There were no snacks nowhere between meals. Our children were hungry and we could not even buy a toast since neither the pool bar nor the beach bar was serving food and the restaurant was closed. The food was not good. Low quality ingredients. Overall value for money was not worth it .

    7KostasPosted on: 6-9-2025

    Location, Room

Low quality food, extra charge for cold coffee, not really pet friendly when you are forced to sit in a specific place at restaurant or walk from side passage only which is actually blocked with pots and you must jump over. To be fair this was only a problem in breakfast, no one had a problem in lunch or dinner which is strange.
