Great location in a central area, with bars and restaurants nearby. Staff was great, and the room was excellent. I had friends staying in a hotel very near by, and this room was far better than theirs!

Nice staff, breakfast and location

The bedroom was spacious and clean, the staff was nice and attentive and the breakfast was amazing!

1st , they give as the wrong room , and after I complain they give us the Wright room, them the room next to us was very noisy, them after i complain ,they fail to correct the situation, wich made our stay very uncomfortable and unhappy, and no one from top administration contact us to rectify, again I will not recommend that hotel.

The whole room was covered in dust, turn on the bed, I suffered from Asma all night

Fair and competitive price for the facilities. It's an old hotel, but clean and with comfortable beds. The view from the 7th floor was a plus.

A refurbishment will make the facilities more attractive and also better markups for the owners.

Good value, helpful staff, good breakfast

Loved the location.... literally right on the camino path. The staff was super kind and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was pretty quiet once the church bells stopped ringing. The view I had was fantastic, too!

Although it saud breakfast was included, it seemed like there wasn't enough available. There were 3 or 4 things with tags that were empty and no refills available. I still had enough to make a ham and cheese sandwich, so it was okay - just not what I expected.

Everything was great nice point around the hotel supermarket is a few steps away. Breakfast was also nice and free parking is good.

Check in you have to get a card to get in the parking garage. It’s an adventure to enter but it’s free and the elevator brings you to your room.

Front desk staff were all very brusque and seemed disinterested in helping me with anything. Mediocre breakfast.

Small room and nowhere to place the bags. Quite steep and narrow access to car parking.

Great location in the centre of town and view. Room was large and bed was comfy. Good site for stop on Caminho. Close to restaurants and supermarket.

Bath had pipes all around. Restaurant only open for breakfast. No kettle in room or pods for coffee machine.

my room had a nice view over the square with the fountain, however not all rooms of this category can tell the same.oh and yes, as the other person mentioned, the towels are nice (yet oldish)

being a two star hotel, i do not expect much from the place - dark bathroom (had the light worked on the mirror, that would be better, but..), old furniture, noisy air conditioner, tiny windows - all this is kind of understandable, though the price is not cheap. BUT THE CROWDS ON COCKROACHES!!! c'mon guys, even one is too much, but MANY of them just freely walking around the room in the night?!?!?! Not even a two-star hotel is allowed to be like that! i heard people in neighboring room trying to chase their 'visitors' as well. and i don't even want to think of the condition of the kitchen where they are making your breakfast ughworst stay in my life due to such a simple problem to fix!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is located right in the center of town. The air con was good even if a little bit noisy. The bathroom was a good size and clean. Breakfast was decent enough.

The furniture and decor is dated. The elevators kept breaking down. They didn't seem to have proper storage for linen and towels, at least they were stacked in the stairs for a few days.

Perfect location right in the city center, very comfy beds and the bathrooms had one hair drying which was convenient. The breakfast had more options than what we were expecting.There’s aircon inside the rooms too which help during hot days.

The Wi-Fi only worked in the entrance floor so past that we had no more Wi-Fi ( we were told it’s not normal and that it will be fixed, it wasn’t while we were there so I don’t know if it’s fixed now) and the cleaning is done after 4pm so when we wanted to rest and avoid the hot weather outside the cleaning staff came to clean but we already made our beds and we didn’t want to leave for them to clean more.They are also remodeling something on the top floors so there’s construction noise once in a while but it’s not constant noise.

Close to the Camino. Breakfast provided. Good location to downtown. Clean and safe.
