    Pros +

    • The hotel is very close to the ski slope, the ski rental and the ski school. The room was very comfortable. We had half board and the the food was delicios. The bartender was very friendly and very professional.
    • Located on a hill just outside town, with free parking. Our room on the second floor was very spacious with 6 beds, clearly meant for families. The breakfast was very good, with eggs and bacon, several breads, cakes, croissants, juices, and warm drinks. The staff at the breakfast buffet was friendly and helpful.
    • I liked the balcony view and the wellness area. Also the breakfast was nice.

    Cons -

    • The room was not very clean when we arrived. There were hair in the shower, ripped bedding and the built-in kitchenette (which was not available to us, as it was locked) had food crumbs and dry stains at its edge. Although the facility is family-friendly and smoke-free, smoking is allowed on the balconies of the first floor. If you have a second floor room and a smoker underneath you the reception won’t do anything. The wellness area usage comes at an extra fee, even during low season. The walls between rooms and floor are not well insulated. We could clearly hear children’s voices from other rooms.
    • The bed matress was worn out with a significant sagging in the area where people sleep the most. So I had a bad sleep there. Additionally the floors in the rooms are hard, therefore all noises from the room above get transferred through the ceiling to the lower rooms. During my stay there were kids above so it was quite noisy in my room until midnight when I went to the receptionist and asked him to intervene.
    • some of the other guests were noisy - a large group of teenagers

I accidentaly made reservation one week upfront, the reception kindly and fast made our room ready.Maybe it was luck that they had avaliable room, but it was ready in 20 minutes.Staff in the bar was very kind and explained to us where to go ski and snowboard.I honestly reccomend this hotel!

Amazing! Rustic log cabin look with high quality amenities. Sauna is with it, just be sure to plan ahead to schedule it. Breakfast is included and quite nice.

Location, it’s a close walking distance to the slopes. Pool and the spa area are good.

Food - very basic selection for breakfast. Poor quality of the mattress, making it hard to sleep. Very thin walls, you can hear people in the room next to you from word to word. Wouldn’t recommend dinner in the hotel.

They charge 15€ for using the pool/sauna for 2h. Although it is not clear when you book it that you'll have this extra cost. The mattress was awful, old and uneven. The breakfast was very simple, nothing special or tasty. The price charged for this hotel is quite absurd for what it delivers. Wrong choice.

The service consciousness of the hotel staff is beyond expectations. Everything we asked for was received willingly and generously. The stay was very pleasant and there was a feeling that we were being taken care of personally. The hotel staff is attentive and helped quickly and efficiently with any problem. For example: additional heating and variety at breakfast. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff offered dinner and adjusted some of the dishes according to our request (vegetarian). The location is a bit far from the center but the view is amazing and the location is great for sightseeing.

Balcony view and good bike storage and laundry machine

Nice facility, good location with amazing view, big free parking

    breakfast very basic

    7DenisaPosted on: 8-30-2024

Very nice view from the balcony. Reasonable breakfast.

The wellness area, including the pool, needs extra money. The hotel could have been a 4* one when it was built. Now 3* are more than enough.

Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable and considering the heat in the area during the day, the room was comfortable at night with the louvered door open. Location was only a short drive to many restaurants, and being outside the village, very quiet at night.

The 15 Euro per person to use the pool for 2 hours was a little disappointing, but it was a relaxing quiet visit the one time we went. We didn't use the restaurant for dinner because the 30 Euro per person would have been too much food compared to many places in the village where we could order smaller servings for less money.

Breakfast was OK. Walking around the facility was nice. The town centre is close. There was enough parking space.

The room was hot, we couldn't find any AC (it is the truth I haven't checked if the room has one). When I opened the window, there was noise produced by a sort of ventilator. So it was a dilema - hot room or cooled noisy one.

    9EduardoPosted on: 8-12-2024

The hotel provided a decent stay with a good breakfast that had enough variety. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the playroom was a nice touch for keeping the kids entertained.

I only stayed for one night, but the experience was pleasant overall. I didn’t find anything to complain about during my short stay.

We came to Tarvisio during our cycling trip along the Alpe Adria trail. The room for the bikes was large with a dedicated work bench with bike tools, cleaning material and more. Our room was large with a freshly renovated bathroom. The rest of the room and the hotel was a bit worn out. The breakfast was good, particularly for guests that are into cake. The price was appropriate for holiday season.

Like the entire hotel, our room was a bit worn out. The room did not have air-conditioning and it was a really hot summer night.

Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, nice and clean rooms.

Apartment was excellent, deluxe suite perfect for 5 people

    Breakfast was poor

    4JamesPosted on: 11-23-2023

Room was very dusty and spider webs everywhere. The toilet extractor fan was filthy and didn't do much as it was clogged up with dust. The spa area needed renovation. Ceiling lights - some were working, others just had cables dangling from the ceiling.

Clean, nice warm pool, good breakfast. Front desk gentleman opened the pool up for my wife to use at 8:45pm after it had been closed for the day.
