Hotel Tarvisio Four Seasons

The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic and kudos to the housekeeping staff because everything was clean and pressed.

Only one thing: the little fridge did not seem to 'chill'. It felt warm inside

It is very convenient to keep the bicycle safe. the staff was very friendly. The location is not bed - close to Alpe Adria Radweg.

Excellent value for money and easy to find. Heating was on which was great as temperature was 3c. Staff were helpful and excellent pizza restaurant 500m away.

The room we were given is not included in the pictures of the rooms, the bathroom was as if it had been picked up from a scrap yard! But the price is the same as the elite rooms! I was very disappointed with the accommodation.

We paid for the accommodation and did not receive the service that was presented to us on Booking.

We stayed at your property Hotel Tarvisio on 06th January, and made check out on 7th January 2024. We booked and paid for comfort room for 4 persons and we got accommodation on the spot that is totally different from the photos shown on Booking.com.This was small room and not comfortable room as mentioned on Booking.com that did not have a appropriate bed with additional a bunk bed for adult persons but from the attached photo s you can see that it is bunk bed for children and not for adult persons.Also bunk bed was 40cm from the other bed, so my legs was 40cm from my friends head while he was sleeping. This is simply unacceptable and unbelievable that you can deceive guests like that.The room was cramped and in the attic so I had to bend down to get into bed. This is not adequate space that can accommodate 4 adult persons, but at most for 2 persons.You have also put closet into the hallway in front of the toilet, so you have narrowed the space for entering the toilet.It is also unbelievable that the hotel was locked upon arrival and that no one was working to welcome us, but your staff left the key in the window, and we arrived around 5 pm.Room and service is totally different from presented accommodation on Booking.com.Breakfast was very poor, they didn't have eggs, just toast, butter and few apples.As proof, I am attaching photos of room number 31 that you gave us.We paid for the accommodation and did not receive the service that was presented to us on Booking.com.

The location is close to the slopes.

They charge 20€/person, so we paid 40€, for one working sauna (out of the 2 the facility has), and the sauna wasn’t warm enough - there was cca. 50-60*C in it, the area in which is the sauna was also cold. We couldn’t enjoy it the way we were supposed to, for what we got, 20€/person is highly overpriced. Beds are uncomfortable.

The room was newly renovated and clean, with a balcony and a big spacious bathroom. The breakfast was great, with fresh pastry every morning and a lot of choices to choose from. The staff was extremely kind and helpful

I really don't know how this can be a 3 star hotel. it seems more like poorly managed airbnb. first of all, there is no check in at time range written in booking but they leave keys in the envelope outside at the windowsill (so technically anyone can grab them). there is no staff on site in the afternoon. there is no ventilation in the bathroom so the mold is everywhere. next to bed u got a socket but it is used by the small lamp so u can either charge ur phone or use the lamp... our socket was hanging from the wall, wires were visible... it is simply dangerous. oh I almost forgot, if u wish to have your towels changed u need to pay extra 5€ per change (which is a normal free of charge service in any other hotel). there supposed to be code protected doors but they were not working (u could open without code). for disabled people there is a "lift" that can slide them to the first floor but in order to reach it u need to first go through quite big step which seems ridiculous. parking spaces are private but on the street. pity that they only relly on the location but don't really care about quality or service.
