Air conditioning not working and it was needed

We like the room because it was specious and the location because it was near the beach ⛱️

The room was so stinky. There comes veeeery bad smell from the toilet's gutter. It was really really bad smell, that we have to open the door all night. The air conditioner DOESN'T WORK OUT! Second thing was the breakfast. Dry bread, some cheese, ham and old looking fruits. We have also noticed that there is leakage of the corridor roof and it's in molds. Not so friendly place for a person with asthma.

Breakfast was great. Fresh rolls every day....yummyContinental type breakfast was good.

The pillows on the beds need improvement.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location convenient to beach and restaurants.

The staff is amazing, always looking out for my needs. Anything I needed, was done. They were very attentive with my cat and doing everything for my cat's stay to be as pleasurable as possible. Also the rooms are exemplary clean and cleaning service happens every day It was one of my best stays in a hotel with a cat!

Location

A lot of the staff were unfriendly. No atmosphere and very basic breakfast.

The breakfast that was included was very good! Broad variety of food.Free parking close to the hotel by the beach.Dogs are allowed in the hotel.There was a balcony by the room.Shower was very nice as well.

The hotel is centrally located, literally a few steps from the train station, and a couple of blocks from the beachfront and all the restaurants and bars. Reception staff is friendly and the room was impeccably clean and well set up. I will note the bed is not the most comfortable but I like extra firm, so it works fine for me. The thing that is a challenge is the tiny, tiny bathroom sink. I need a sink big enough to bathe in :-) but all kidding aside, it is tiny. I did not partake of the breakfast included.

Rude and lying receptionist girl

The hotel is really old and not very pleasant. The room was ok and clean. The receptionist girl was very rude, she lied that my dog barked during the night, we were always together during the night. She called me when I left for a bit in the morning saying my dog was barking, I opened my camera and he was sleeping. Then they finally made him bark knocking on the door. When I came back, she was rude again saying I would have to leave if the dog keeps barking. A shame people working in hospitality are so inhospitable.

THE CLIENT DIDN'T STAY AT THE HOTEL.THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND VERY BAD.WE SHOULD BE REFUNDED

Old fashion , needs a renewal, staff to noisy in the morning making clean ups in adjacent rooms

The breakfast is very good TV as well

When hi book says have bath ? don't have Don't sleep all night because the noise in another room all night TV is loud, very poor

It was our return visit and standard was just as good as previous time. Clean comfortable room, we had the family apartment as 4 of us travelled (2 couples) which was very good, spacious with verandah access from both rooms , friendly staff, good breakfast. Good value for money we´ll probably return again next year

As with many hotels I miss a kettle in the room so i can make nightime drink.

The AC unit didn't work and this needs to be fixed especially for the hot summer nights ... Apart from that everything else was excellent

Fantastic location right next to the beach.

Rooms are a little basic and lack nice details.

The check in was great and swift and the welcome friendly..our room had a nice balcony, was spacious and beds comfy .. breakfast had a great selection and the location was very close to the beach.. price was very good and staff spoke English well..

Having to move on!!
