Pros +

The breakfast buffet was by far one the best I've ever had. Served hot, fresh, delicious in a bright beautiful room with views of the ocean. The breakfast staff were friendly and happy. The night chef and bar staff made a great pizza and cocktail!

Cons -

Absolutely the front desk. They were the most miserable unfriendly group of hotel staff I've ever met. Honestly I don't think I ever saw any of them greet anyone with a smile. After awhile you just wanted to avoid them.
