Owners are very nice and friendly. I didn't speak their language, however that didn't make the stay hard.

Location, comfortable and friendly staff

No hot water at night and pillows not great

Centrally located a 10 minute walk from the central bus station. A perfect location in Vila Real itself and good value stay. We arrived at 10.30 in the morning and were able to leave our bag in our room with no problem as it was already available. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful despite their not speaking English …. we got by without any problems at all.

The staff was very friendly. The price was very reasonable! Location is amazing.

There was nothing blocking noise from outside the room, like people on the stairs, outside wind etc..

Location was perfect

Room was old and not very clean. Breakfast was couole breads what place owner brought to table. Owner couple did not speak or understand english at all, and sometines it was very difficut to communicate.

Disappointing

Nothing good, rooms where bad condition. Also staff didn't talk english at all. Breafast was only couple of breads. Not recomended for anybody. Also rooms smelled like swimming pool.

Great location in centre

Bathroom beakers and shower not been cleaned, breakfast was in the cafe with no choice,

The location was very good. The staffs were very friendly. We were supposed to book 1 bed for dad and son but they provided us 2 beds that made us very comfortable.

Everything was good. Only there was not available of buffet in the breakfast.

This was a last-minute booking, and it turned out to be a great choice! The owner is a very sweet and welcoming lady. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Vila Real. The accommodation is simple but very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable night’s sleep. Plus, the breakfast was excellent, especially for the price. Highly recommend!

It can get a bit noisy at night due to the heavy doors. I wouldn’t stay longer than a couple of nights, but honestly, why would you stay more than a couple of nights in Vila Real?

Personal was attentive n friendly.Beds were comfortable.Location was great.Parking was nearby.

Breakfast was simple.Space in room was limited.Bathroom needs to be updated.

Check in is in the cafe underneath. The lady was nice and we managed despite the language differences. The rooms are a little tired but comfortable enough and with plenty of beds. 2 out of the 3 rooms booked had 3 beds in. No hairdryer in the rooms. Very central and despite there being some sort of celebration going on the room was quiet.

The man who initially came to us on check in was very grumpy, he wasn’t much better at breakfast. You get brought what he brings you to eat, ham and cheese in a baguette and a croissant. Unable to park motorbikes outside but free parking a 5 minute walk away and it’s opposite the Police Station. The Police thought it funny we were locking the bikes up.

I liked cozy greetings, welcomed owners and theire cafe with excellent breakfast. Also view from the window and great location in the city center. Interior in the room was like in my grandma house or at the village, so it was comfy

There was a mildew in the bath, all other stuff were clean.

The room was small and a little tight, but very clean and the beds were comforatble. Our hosts were lovely and our breakfast filling. The location was great, with access to all sight seeing and restaurants.

The Location was at the center of vila real, so couldnt be better. Friendly personal and very friendly owner.

the walls were very sensitive. I was able to here all the noise from next doors. e.g from the personal that started cleaning in the morning. that was somewhat annoying.

The staff was really nice, the room was cozy and had plenty of space, and the breakfast was always fresh, and it was in a really good location

The shower cabin was a bit hard to move around, but that's a minor issue

The room I was assigned had a few problems. I reserved a double bed…but was given a tiny room with twin beds. Also, the shower head was broken , toilet seat broken

The breakfast is nice, the owners are the politest people on the planet and the location is outstanding! Free coffee and tea at the cafe is a great bonus.

The showers are cold and moldy, plus I got moved on a second day of staying there. Don't what was that about.

Nothing, it was a good place to stay. Although I had to park my motorcycle opposite the room and we were in the town centre it was very safe.

This wonderful place exceeded our expectation. Everything is amazing! So quiet place in the center of the town. Good breakfast is included. Bedroom has three very comfortable beds with immaculate bed sheets and blankets. Bathroom is equipped with everything we need. Hostess is amazing!!! Thank you
