Staff are not welcoming at all, very boring and they aren’t even smiling. All of them look at you like I’m working for them, the cleaning lady said either i clean now or never and ill do it tomorrow, the property wasn’t clean at all and there was a lot of dust. The only good thing was the breakfast. I wanted to get some water in the late night ,when i arrived the first night, i don’t know since when hotels stopped putting at least small bottles of water in rooms. So i went down and each one of them start sending me to the other like they don’t want to work. So since i came all the way from China back to my home country Tunisia, i forgot that i cant find places to exchange us dollar to Tunisian Dinnar at night, and theres no service even at the hotel to exchange money, so i found out that the bar able to accept payment for the water with my debit card, the staff start looking and asking why i need to pay for one bottle of water with card, kept giving excuse while I’m saying i have no cash. And then, finally, they accepted even though this is none of the staff business to tell me which way i pay. Maybe yes i stayed only for 2 nights only, but this is not how to welcome guests, i never faced such a thing in any other hotel in different countries even if i stay for a single night only

Wonderful stay. The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. We were offered a superior room.The food was great. The room was clean and confy.All hotel facilities were well maintained.I highly recommend staying in El Mouradi Palace Port El Kantaoui

Some barmen and waiters could have been more accommodating.

One employee receptionist Bayram who was the only professional employee I have met in the whole building. Food variety was not bad.

Lack of cleanliness in the building. Horrible state of carpets. Bed bugs in the rooms. Very long walk to the beach. Rooms far from elevators. Not appropriate for old people. Lack of professionalism from the receptionist to the servers to the admin. Employees not smiling and come across angry at times. Not helpful and rude admin. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed when I saw the state of the elevators and got bed bug bites the first night.My mom could barely walk the very long distance between the room and the elevators with great difficulty. It was impossible for her to go to the beach that was very far. On the third day they gave us a rusted wheelchair that should have been dumped years ago. I requested to check out one day earlier but they refused to reimburse me the price difference and kept saying Booking does not allow it. Booking says: property declined!

The Staff and the Location is Excellent

The hotel was tired and the same as it was in 2012! The carpets were stained and unhoovered. The stairs weren’t swept or mopped. The Shower and light switch had to be repaired. It was VERY NOISY at night and without Double Glazing to keep out sound

Near the beach was excellent and the food was delicious. The majority of the staff were friendly and polite. I particularly appreciated Sirin at the reception - she was exceptionally kind.

The all-inclusive package we booked did not cover access to the indoor pool, and some staff members behaved inappropriately by asking guests out for coffee and dates. The overall experience was more in line with a 3-star hotel rather than the advertised 5-star standard.

Okay food selection (when it was opened)

Hotel was incredibly dirty and smelt, definitely not a five star. Carpet was incredibly dusty, The bed provided was atrocious, management and staff were not accommodating, Fresh breakfast was not served until an hour before closing, and food was cold majority of the time,Drink were incredibly basic, and only one pool was open. As well as additional charges to use an iron and other amenities.

The restaurant was totally unprepared to handle the huge amount of people, leading to long lines just to eat.The hotel has two sections: one renovated and one not. Booking.com says nothing about this, and when you arrive, it’s a lottery, if not outright discrimination based on where you're from.

I confess I did not have high expectations when I booked this hotel as rating was relatively low. Chose it due to its convenient location.Upon arrival, reception promptly took care of the check in (and they were busy with group of people that arrived before me), and process was smooth and quick. I also got bracelet to enjoy non-alcoholic drinks and breakfast, lunch and dinner for free, which I did not expect, because it was not specifically mentioned in booking information, but it was a pleasant surprise.Room was big, bed was comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was very clean.What I have to praise is staff... every single employee of the hotel I came across was kind, smiling and catering to my needs. Way to go!I will definitely come back when I return to Tunisia!

furniture in the room is dated. It is perfectly functional and room has everything you might need, it is just bit old.I usually have some fruit for breakfast, but there was no fruit option available. To be fair, there were lots of vegetables, though. But that's the only thing that did not meet my expectations.

The breakfast was okay ? I love my salads but I could not eat it it made me ill but the rest of the food was okay it was eatable.

Some of the men stuff was very helpful, but but the lady with blonde hair was very rude to me. I love the entertainment it was fantastic and the animation team there was also good they were fabulous they were good and very funny they made your holiday on the waiters was also fabulous and excellent.

Not much to like

Outdated, dirty carpets, towels and bedding. RoomWas advertised as pool view but we got the carpark view. Food was not great not many options only good thing to eat was the fries which run out pretty quick. We waited until 3pm to get the bands and were left with no lunch although we booked full board.

The security gave us hard time going in and out of the hotel he was so rude

The outside seating had no cushions so were a little hard after sitting on them for sometime also beds were to firm for our liking

The staff are rude with Tunisian visitors which is not acceptable you really need to ask 3 times for the same service and had to report to the manager

Rooms not clean. Minibar is broken down. Toilet without water pipe for washing. Old furniture. Reception staff are excellent liars while I complained they promised to improve immediately but in vain especially. The staff chef liar

Great location at the Kantaoui city not far from the el medina sousse.i would like to recommend people to book in this hotel with good price and great food and service .

I didn’t like people go early to the pool to reserve they’re seat in the chairs putting towels in the top some of them they never show up .
