Cons -
- The hotel is very run down. The Ac in the room wasn’t cool. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Hair in the sink and bathroom floor. The water in the shower went from warm to burning hot. The shower floor was dirty and had mold. The carpets in the hallway were dirty. I haves stayed in many Nh hotels but this one is not good.

Uphill climb to plaza
Everything! Great location within the old town. Hotel is very well maintained, clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Victor at the front desk ensured we got a wheelchair accessible room for my dad, gave us good tips of places to visit, and a great restaurant nearby. Overall amazing experience! Thank you!
Everything was perfect!
Amazing art work and integration into a romanesque church. Very interesting hotel and well positioned. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Room service food cold and poor quality. Breakfast only just reached average standards.
Location and setting. Built within and around a very old and beautiful church. Within walking distance of most things. Close to the river. Staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were small but spotless. Warm and cosy bed. Dinner in restaurant was fabulous. The food was outstanding. The breakfast was great too. Lots of choices and the omelette made to order was delicious.
Could not pick a fault.
Interesting old brewery. Staff great , very helpful. Delicious tapas. Great location. Underground parking. Quiet location
Quirky, while not losing quality. Good position and surrounding area.
Trying to work coffee machine.
Nearly everything. The function room was fantastic. Breakfast was great. We hope to stay again. On street parking was not a problem in early February
Not being able to get the car to the entrance. Especially when it’s raining. To offload the luggage.
It was all good. Great location, great breakfast, great staff
Nothing not to like
Really unique, historic, and beautiful property. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room with very nice amenities and a very good shower. Excellent location right in the heart of the old town area. Friendly and efficient staff. Secure storage for our bicycles.
I really can't think of a thing I would change or a service that was lacking.
The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options you don’t always find (sautéed vegetables, gluten free pastries, wide fruit selections, ingredients for omelettes). And the rest of the hotel and location are worthy the 4 star rating
Hard to find faults
Staff particularly helpfulExcellent breakfastRoom very comfortable esp with bathtubLoved the terrace
Everything was pretty much perfect!
It was more like an apartment than a room! There was a sitting area, an entrance with somewhere to put shoes and coats, and a balcony with a great view. The huge bathroom had a bath as well as a shower, with a bidet and dressing gowns and slippers. The bed was the largest I've ever seen, and was firm but comfortable, and the room was dark and quiet for sleeping. There was a proper kettle for making our tea and instant porridge. We didn't have breakfast, as we were in a hurry, but we wished we'd booked 2 nights! The hotel is right in the centre of Zamora, so we could walk everywhere. The parking was excellent with a lift to bring up your luggage.
Nothing. It's a great place.
Great location, friendly & helpful staff, good restaurant & handy underground parking
The location was great, clean, staff and the fact they had parking underground was great.
Easy to find and good parking. Excellent value for fixed price menu and quality of food.
Bar service poor. Had to walk to reception three times to get bar service (this was after 7pm)!
Able to check-in even though arrived after midnight
Night Porter could have been more helpful
Fabulous location and great value for the €. We booked at last minute and we're thrilled there was a (1) room available. Underground parking was a bonus.
Quirky and convenient location 10’ walk into town square with a very secure parking at an extra €15 but scary to get into unless you know your car very well.
Bit of mould on shower tiles
