Nothing special.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to find a safe place to store my bike. The food was very good.
The only thing that was a disappointment was nothing to do with the hotel, it was just that the puente de piedra bridge into town was closed for repairs, which meant a long walk to the next bridge. It was worth the effort though.
Great room! Clean, everything you need, bar downstairs does great food.
Look, it's not the hotels fault, but the bridge that is immediately out front if the hotel is closed for repairs, which means a 500metre walk or so to the next bridge. NOT a big deal, especially if you are walking the via de la plata, and actually is a pleasant stroll.
This place is so nice. Clean, Modern, quite comfortable and nice staff. Perfection.
Room was huge, staff were super friendly when I arrived. I'm doing a 3 week cycling trip from London to Portugal and this is the best place I've stayed so far.
I love the location that is just on the other side of the puente de piedra. Therefore its very close to the historical center and the walk home over the bridge is wonderful. The rooms are big, cosy and clean. As a fact I was suprised because the rooms are more beautiful in real as in the fotos I saw on booking. I liked also the small bar with coffee, tea, fruits and snacks that they offer to their guests free of charge. The people that work there are friendly and motivated and the restaurant that also belongs to the same owner is superdelicious. I can specially recommend the salads that were just jummie!
The service was spectacular. My clothes can't go in the dryer after being washed, and the owner offered to lend me something to hang my clothes, and everyone there was super nice and polite. Also, the rooms were really nice, and the food from the restaurant downstairs was spectacular.
The mattress was a little stiff for my liking, and the a/c unit made a some noise, which was super weird.
Spacious room. Good restaurant
Hospitality, value, cleanliness, I can go on and on. Perfect 10. If I could I would give a 10+++++. Also good food.
No cons only pros
