Parking lot a little challenging but they will help you to get one ,we'll be back
Everything was wonderful! The hotel personnel and the Owner were cordial and very friendly. Quiet, Spacious, Comfortable and Clean. Bedrooms and bathroom are large; beds were very comfortable with cotton sheets and cotton quilts. Great Breakfast! Steps away from the Old Town, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Absolutely lovely! Every detail was considered! Bottled water in the room, fully comfortable bed, everything you could need bathroom, breakfast was absolutely amazing! Check-in was smooth, easy. And the town... just picture perfect!
There was nothing.
Decor. Parking. Location.
Friendly receptionist at lobbyAccommodations, included breakfast was great!
The hotel is just outside the Zamora city walls and a short walk to the plaza mayor. Very central to most historic sites. The hotel was also exceptionally elegant with many nice touches! The room was immaculate and spacious. The breakfast provided offered a wide selection of food, snd I especially loved the breakfast room setting! I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff too.
Nothing!
The room was clean and there was a window that propped open for air. The hotel itself was a 10 minute walk to the city center which was very nice. Breakfast included coffee, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, and pastries.
The location was a bit further of a walk from the train station than I realized (1 miles, about 25 minutes). Breakfast was very crowded when I went and they kept running out of milk for the coffee.
Friendly, helpful staff.Beautiful rooms.Comfortable bed.Excellent breakfast.
Hotel name could be more prominent.
Close to the city center, but far enough to be quiet. Easy walking distance. Came here for Santa Semana and it did not dissapoint.
Could be much better
Unbelievable strong smell from the plumbing in both our rooms and lobby. Although they know that the problem exists, they keep renting rooms...
Great location right in the old town of Zamora, great breakfast and easy parking right outside of the hotel
Very comfortable and spacious room, excellent breakfast buffet. Pretty close to the castle and cathedral if you want to go see them.
Couldn't connect to the wifi when I was there.
Room
bed Clothes. Too much . Heat during the nigth.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a good location for the centre of the city. Good communication beforehand.
In general nice hotel well located to visit the old town. Our room was located on the front of the hotel which had a bar next to it on the street. The noise from the bar meant we had 2 nights of very poor sleep. My advice make sure get a room on the quiet side of the hotel unless you’re happy not to sleep at night. We asked to be moved on our arrival but the hotel said they could not which was disappointing.
It was quiet, centrally located and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very helpful. There is a free municipal parking in front of the building.
In our room, the windows were frosted, it is quite a strange way to ensure privacy. But it wasn't a great deal since we stayed only one night.
The hotel is perfectly situated close to Zamora’sfascinating old town and a plethora of interesting tapas bars and restaurants. The staff are efficient and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
